Lovely room with 3 beds. Very clean. They made sure we were warm enough by putting the heater on for us every evening before we got back. We were given our own remote for the gates. Great value for money.

Would have preferred a shower rather than a bath, will make sure to request this next time. Also perhaps explain the process regarding breakfast (it is written on the check in sheet but I missed that). We were a little worried about security, a write-up or explanation as to what measures are in place would have been appreciated.

We were a big group and the establishment was perfect. The staff upon arrival were super friendly and very welcoming. The pool was such a welcome relief on what was a very hot weekend.

It would be great if all rooms at showers - but we knew the setup when booking and just shared the showers with friends who had showers.

I had a large room with a bathtub at the end of the passage. The property is in a quiet neighborhood, and the electric blanket on the bed provided comfortable heat. I slept really well. The hostess was super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very nice. The property has a nice garden and the interior is well decorated. They have back-up electricity when there is load shedding.

I was staying in room 10. The clothes rack with the hangers in the corner seems odd and somehow out of place.

An exceptionally beautiful house surrounded by a charming garden, in a safe and quiet area of Johannesburg. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is filled with history and beautiful antiques that can be viewed indefinitely. Sarah is hospitable, friendly and very sociable. We were happy to spend the night here, it's a pity that only one.

Very quiet and peaceful, with a lovely garden. The room was cozy and neat, with the cutest morning coffee table.
