The lodge exceeded my expectations. The rooms off the pool are so tranquil and relaxing. Staff were amazing and rooms were surprisingly fitted with an equipped mini kitchen. There was absolutely nothing lacking. Was also brilliant that you could walk to everything - so no need to drive your car around. We will absolutely be back, for longer next time. Oh, and you must book your hippo and croc cruise with them - cheaper than all the other booking facilities.

Upgraded us from the St lucia lodge to hippo lodge which we weren't happy about but really weren't given a choice as hotel shut apparently but in the end we had a really good time at hippo lodge .reception staff was brilliant and made sure our stay and requests for a safari trip were made a reality

Pool wasn't clean and full of leaves the 2 days we were there but we still swam as too hot

We enjoyed our time, our room was kindly upgraded by the staff as we were celebrating our engagement which was done of their own will and just made our time feel that bit more special. The staff were super kind and friendly, thank you all. My partner also loved the neighbourhood cat who was in reception.

Beautiful, well-run lodge. The staff are friendly and always helpful. The lodge is beautiful, clean and well-kept both inside and out side. The pictures paint an accurate picture, you get what you see. Awesome value for money. Our second stay here, and definitely will not be our last!

The white sheets and towels could use a renewal. They seemed really old and not washed properly.

Nice location and decent facilities.

Staff were quick to remind us that checkout time is 10am to the extent that room doors were knocked on at 09:00 waking guests up to vacate their rooms. This is not hospitality, seems more like a military camp to make sure guests are turned over and moved along. Shocking way of treating guests, pay and now get out.

The area is calm and you feel safe at all the time.

The lady we met in reception on arrival she was professional bubble, friendly and communicated well with us. The other reception staff were not friendly at all it was even difficult to approach them.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable, clean rooms.

No meaningful TV channels - no news or sport channel. Wifi reception was poor to non - existent. We survived as we had sufficient data, but could have been an irritation.

They were able to change us to another room when we asked. We asked to move to a room further away from the entrance

That they did not fill the coffee, tea and milk each day. We had to buy a packet of tea and a boltte of coffee for tow days stay.

The welcoming staff with a friendly smile and our room was very clean and for organizing the room for my boyfriend birthday .And in future if my friends are visiting St Lucia Lodge i will recommend you guys.Thank you very much for your hospitality and God bless you guys. 🙏🫂

The No music rule is too much you need to loosen up a bit ... most people book for entertainment not for formal sleep overs ... Please put double beds in the rooms ..we booked as couples not as work friends
