The room was always very clean, towels always dry and nicely placed on the bed. Staff was always very friendly and ready to help us. We wanted to do a day tour and they called around multiple companies till they found someone willing to bring us out given the low season and low demand. Definitely went the extra mile. Breakfast was good. Location is also very nice close to many restaurants. The highlight of the stay was the hippos in the garden of the hotel. We managed to see them 2 times while they were walking around in the garden and/or in the village over a 4 days stay!

The hotel is very well located in Saint Lucia, close to all restaurants and businesses (it is a small place). It is conveniently on the route that some Hippos like to take on their evening stroll, so you are likely to see some in the evenings during your stay. This is clearly the main attraction of the hotel. The rooms were clean and had everything that's needed and a nice little balcony. Breakfast was good, though a little inconsistent ingredients during our stay. The hotel also organises activities and most customers appear to be coming in groups with tour buses. The pool was nice though at times a little crowded and the water a little murky. Staff were friendly and helpful with local advice. Overall quite good and reasonably priced. Can recommend.

Upon arrival, the hotel provided 2 half-litre bottles of drinking water in the room. However, these were not replaced the next day. When asked, personnel said these were only for the first night, after this you would have to buy your water. It is appreciated that two bottles were provided, this is great when you arrive and don't immediately need to worry about water, it would be even better and consistent if they were provided every day.

The rooms were neat and tidy, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

That we weren't allowed to have drinking glasses in the room even if we have a fridge in the room there were no glasses to drink out of for the cold drinks that we brought and that there are only a few TV channels to watch, no DSTV.

Breakfast was good, thou there's a lot to improve, I couldn't finish my omelet, the eggs were too overdone. The serving staff were too loud over guests trying to enjoy breakfast. Tables did not have serviettes and toothpicks (that's basic items every table should have) we don't have to ask for those items. Location for the hotel is Excellent! Room was neatly prepared, very clean except that the bathroom was too tiny. Shower was very very small! They could improve and buy new TV screen, that one we had was so outdated! Overall the hotel is very clean, big ups to the cleaning staff!

The staff was very helpful, everyone greeted when they saw us in the passage, reception or at the dining room. We had booked the accommodation online. We asked for the twin beds to be combined. That was done quickly. We had booked whale watching and had to leave the hotel at 6h20 am. We asked for breakfast packs. They were arranged and were so delicious and filling. Thank you.

The channels available on the TV. We would have loved to have access to dstv channels.

Everything is perfect and you got a well trained staff to speak to the client nice and friendly that showing I can do another visit at Elephant lake on February 2025 for my next holiday

Breakfast was really good! Receptionists were friendly and very informative. Our room was very clean and the linen and bed were very comfortable.

Tea bags were not replaced on the 2nd day. The shower tap dripped continuously, so that needs to be fixed to stop water wastage.

WIFI was down again, and is always playing up , but managed with staff help to make onward reservation so all well

The staff was exceptional. Booking activities was easy since you do inside the hotel. The location of the hotel is just perfect

First night was the worst! Aircon didn't work but they changed our room and we had an amazing time. Not having a fridge in your room was a very big inconvenience. They had like 3 boring Chanels on TV. . Bar doesn't have enough to choose from

The service and the breakfast buffet was good. The rooms facing the estuary side have a perfect view to see the hippo emerging out of the bushes at night time. The hotel is also in a perfect location and walking distance to all restaurants and shops.

The matresses in our room were slept through and uncomfortable - sagging in the middle.
