We had a great stay at 38 The Bridge. A seamless arrival, keys were waiting for us with security. The apartment was very well equipped. It even had all the things that are not normally provided and I forget to pack, such as hand soap in the bathrooms and extra toilet rolls. Other small details that make a big difference - lots of extension cables with multiple ports (2-prong, 3-prong and USB), there was even a hairdryer.

Good location within walking distance from restaurants, lake trip boarding and shops. All staff are very friendly.

Nothing Just keep doors and windows closed to keep monkeys out.

The layout and homely feel of the apartment. The cleanliness and provision of the cutlery, toiletries, and Wi-Fi access. The safe parking garage. Also, the general overall decor of the apartment. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I didn't get to see the hippos this time around. The shower heads need an upgrade.

It was perfect from the time we entered until the time we left. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful . The host was amazing. Can't wait to book our next adventure. Very secure and well maintained.

The location was perfect close to all the necessary businesses and restaurant's, comfortable and spacious and COOL.

The refrigerator was very ineffective and the power outages were very disruptive.

We loved everything about the place, it was clean friendly staff,

We were given wrong infomation with regards to quiet hours as a result it was like we were being rude or not understanding towards other guest. With regards with the toilet paper I think it should be provided on every room service. And soap as well

Everything about the apartment pool area,nearby shops and restaurants

The 2 small bedrooms they were not thoroughly cleaned there were cobwebs and were dusty
