Value for money...the room was big enough and was clean, did not have that guess house smell. I was very happy considering the price of the room.

Access to the accomodation after midnight is a bit challenging. I had a huge confrontation with the person who was supposed to open the gate after hours. Extremely disappointed that he was back chatting and showed no respect for me as a guest of the hotel. I hope the owner can arrange automated gates and keys for guest. It will also be nice if carpets can be replaced with tiles in the future.

Friendly efficient staff. Very helpful. Justice really went over and above.

The bathroom was a bit dusty. I really would have appreciated a small refrigerator. Unfortunately there was people partying somewhere close by right through the night, so my sleep was not very restful.

My children arrived very late at night But Justice waited for them and was so kind and understanding he helped them with the check-in as well. Justice thank you for your kind service thank you for making my kids feel save and at home Justice is a true gem thank you for your servicewe will see you again

The place is very neat and in good location.

There are no lifts and no porter service. It was a challenge carrying suitcases to 2nd floor.

Everything, the reception lady was nothing short of amazing. Kind and so helpful! She made us all feel comfortable and was always there to help.

The quietness and order kept. Garden very nice and their secured parking lot. Back up of generator during the load reduction.

Rooms have refrigerators, microwave or tea table.

No fridge and entry in and out is old school like a border house. Must get permission from staff member if you want to go out and in. Felt guilty to gamble late and then disturb staff to open gate and doors. Remotes for gate is a must.

The service and the warm welcome we received from the lady at reception as well as the guy called Justice. They really know how make people feel welcome. We were truly happy 😊 ❤ 😍

The fact that the rooms had no plugs for charging fones and the TV just plays 3 channels 😑
