I liked almost everything about the hotel, there was a guy who helped us at the bar. I had a stomach ache and he recommended some meds 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊. Gosh the restaurant staff is also friendly.

There was no hot water in the basin taps, the windows are dirty and so was the carpet. The carpet had stains....... Please clean the carpet and windows.

The room and that it accommodated my kids very well. They could share the bed and sleep nicely. The baby cot assisted greatly 💃💃 my baby slept there and played. The other thing I like is that there is a playing room / area for kids , where there are different games and toys. That area has someone who works there from morning until evening. This allowed my kids to play free and supervised too, which made me happy because the safety of my kids is essential to me.

What I didn't like was when we arrived , our first day the bathroom was not so clean, there ate particles that I saw and removed because I prefer the bathroom very clean . The second day, I was impressed with the cleaning, for our entire room, including the bathroom, was clean. I'm not so sure why the bathroom was not so clean on our arrival. The other thing I didn't like is that our room didn't not have a microwave, this made it challenging to prepare the babies food (11months) and to also warm food, bottle etc for him. Furthermore, during breakfast, I struggled in the eating area with my eleven months old because there was no chair for him. He had to eat while on my lap.

The restaurant was prim and proper. The building has this old hotel vibe to it which added more to the lure. The pool is clean and the chairs outside are cushioned for comfort.

There is a note outside the hotel gate that says you can’t bring in food. The restaurant does not have all the food options like pizza. We were unsure whether it would have been a serious issue if we bought food from outside the hotel.

The views from the hotel,the hotel has most beautiful views of the golf course,the pools and the river.

The room that was allocated to us needs some renovations,we were at room 407,the furniture is very old,also the sheets,the shower was also clogging,power drainage, also a need for new towels,because of the views and the location, the hotel can easily be upgraded to a 5 star hotel,it offers so much that most of 5stars hotel does not have,only if you can work on the upgrade.

The pool is very clean and the atmosphere was great!

The shower door was broken, and the room was not prepared upon my arrival, beds were only made after 21:00.

The environment is good and the venue accommodates every one like qny age. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast more than enough and devine. Despite the water I would recommend family and friends to visit your place

The toilet was leaking I guess it was supposed to be checked before we arrived. The water was a bit warm not hot. Pls try and fix that

The resort was great, the staff were very pleasant and always ready to assist. Breakfast was good with a decent variety . The bar area was great for chilling out . Rooms were cosy and comfortable

Deluxe rooms were abit dated , however still neat. House keeping takes the towels early and only returns them after 2pm on the busy weekends .

An Amazing Weekend Getaway We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The room was impeccably clean, and the living area was spotless as well. The bedding was not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The shower was pristine, and the view from the room was simply breathtaking. The hotel's restaurant was another highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, and the menu prices were very reasonable. It was a delight to enjoy such tasty meals without breaking the bank. The room was well-equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and a bar fridge, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. The hotel also boasts a lovely garden with a pool, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, it was an amazing weekend, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Loved the view, the food & drinks, friendly staff - enjoyed our stay overall very much...

On our first night, the room next door were VERY LOUD ... played loud music and overall just loud, and not only in their room but also in the halls .... I phoned reception at 23h45 for help - the told me they would send security - but nothing changed about the noise for another hour .... did not enjoy this at all ...

The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel porters were helpful and very friendly as well. The location is wonderful with views on the Vaal River and the Golf club next door. The Hotel gardens are beautifully kept and lends to a tranquil atmosphere. We had a boat ride on the river which was very relaxing and highly recommended. The restaurant staff are all very efficient and friendly and the food is good. Vusi at the restaurant walked the extra mile for us. We played Pitch and Putt next door at the Golf Club and was yet again, just like last year, treated wonderfully by Meshack. The parking area is very safe as a result of very competent and alert security staff.

Although our room was clean when we arrived, we had to ask for towels on our first day and on every other day afterwards. The room would be cleaned but the towels won't be replaced and sometime we also had to ask for toilet rolls and tea and milk and sugar! So much so, that we decided to buy our own. In my humble opinion I think the cleaning staff need better training. I actually mentioned this also last year after our visit (2023) and nothing has changed. This causes unnecessary frustration.
