It was nice, quiet and warm. The staff was really friendly especially the receptionist she really gave us a warm welcome.

It was a cold day and the bathroom window handle was off therefore we couldn't closed the window. No mat on the floor next to the bed see that it is winter. Couldn't closed the curtain properly due to the spare curtain hooks in the middle of the two curtains. I know lido hotel use to have dstv seems like they canceled the dstv, I couldn't watch soccer as usual. Only one blanket with the duvet we had to jeep the aircon on to keep warm.

1. Swimming pool, though o didn't swim 2..the room itself, big, clean bedding 3. No noise

1. Flying insects 2.. wooden floor, it becomes noisy 3. The room is stuffy 4. No thorough cleaning, adjacent, underneath and behind equipment 5. Dirty stairs, hand rails 6. On 09 august 2024, I paid R350 for a daybut now there's no specials, I'll still come at Lido

I love the fact that they could accommodate us with whatever we needed great service I must say. Before we could enter our room the receptionist got one of the staff members to check out the room to be sure all were in order of which I really loved what they did. She got us to wait at reception she went up to the room and came back down and the receptionist said we can go through....Great service!

Clean, I loved room 23 it was nice.

The fact that there is no small fridges nd microwaves in room's. Is not a big deal but I think they should consider putting those things, that's my only problem, otherwise Lido Hotel is the best, I'm definitely gonna go there again next year. Thank you

The food is excellent. My room was excellent 👌 ,nice and clean 👌 the shower excellent, everything super good in my room,the stuff they're like they're coming from 1 family, all of them very friendly 😀 they treat me like part of family.

😃We had a great time,the place is very Beautifull and comfortable.It has a home feel with a great view.The staff was friendly and helpful.the bed is super comfy and the wooden floor makes the room warm.We also liked using the bathtub,it was so relaxing.Their food is well prepared and tastes so good .We liked the fact that it's also close to public transport.

☹️The TV is not clear and theres no channel for music ,It's nice just to listen to good soulful relaxing music.

The pool was great and the environment l , dinner was great even the breakfast, the room was cool and great environment with a balcony and perfect view. Bathrooms were clean and well decorated

Location was very easy to find....Staff were amazing from the security personnel to the front desk, very welcoming & sweet. Rooms were cleaned and proper....enjoyed the quietness of the area. Will definitely visit again.
