We have different reasons for traveling but at no time can someone says he or she doesn't want to watch news. For that reason Ecotel have to install TV with dish capacity so that we can watch just SABC 1,2,3 not only E tv

It doesn't make sense for a customer to like me to suffer by getting a common SUGAR. Such a product must NOT be restricted to extend that I have to buy my own sugar I was abandoned just because I was asking for sugar to drink Tea.

It's nice and quiet 🤫. I did enjoy my stay i even booked for the second time. But the second I wasn't please, the water from the shower was cold, and I was like, why? Overall, it's the best place to rest.

That there's no bar fridge. Please, the dstv shouldn't be SABC ,1.2.3, and mzansi Magic. Please add more channels. I want to watch BBC, but nothing and the wifi need to be upgraded cause I even used my own personal internet connection..

I liked the welcoming team and how the staff was so great and friendly 😁... The room was clean and tidy with enough space and toilet paper, as well as air conditioning. The water was nice and hot and did not run out, the decorations was amazing. Thank you

Very safe location and is based near Southgate Mall. Rooms are clean and staff are very friendly. Our room with the balcony was excellent. It has a nice view and we appreciated the fresh air. Small things like the fan, flat screen TV, kettle with coffee and tea made it so much more pleasant.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and we were disappointed with the fact that there wasn't a mini fridge to keep milk and cooldrinks cool throughout the day. The breakfast is also a bit costly for what you get. Other visitors also made a lot of noise late at night.

The rooms were very nice,clean and warm. Tranquility is the best way to describe the place. The rooms have aircon.The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Their professionalism exceeded my expectations. they took time handling a matter when I unfortunately Booked the wrong date , They took time to assist me and help me make my plans more enjoyable .

Other visitors to lower their voices. They were too noisy n drunk , they got lost , tried to open our door for a very long time n it was very disturbing

The only thing I didn't like was the TV. The TV is old & doesn't have reception. It's a static view 24/7.

Good morning..It will be better if you make a deal with multi_choice to get some more TV channels , geyser bcz the water get cold if you relax in bed and decode you'll shower later and to put a small fridge in the rooms..If you fix that than you can compete with the best...

The amazing service, I even showed up before the time and they tried their best to accommodate us.

Absolutely nothing, I’d recommend this hotel to friends and book in again.
