The place was nice, I liked it. I also liked Netflix. The experience was exceptional.

However, I didn't like that there was no communication between me and the hotel prior to my arrival, which resulted in me not having all the relevant details for my check in. There was a hole lot of incompetence, meaning someone or some people are not doing their job properly.

The accommodation

The confusion about the apartment and hotel. When you book is one thing but confirmation is different because at the reception they tell you a different story. They need to sort out that confusion.

The room was well cleaned and the check in process was quick

Regular pest control is required, there were roaches in the apartment.

When you book the hotel via booking.com it's a bit problematic. As you must WhatsApp other people to check in. You can't check in at the reception. To such an extent you like maybe you been scammed. I waited 1hour 30 Minutes trying to check in. I have requested to send my iD things I didn't carry. At that time I has phone someone else to send to me and forward to you. That system is something else, I got help where I lost hope.... The process of checking in yeeeerrrrrrrr.. The hotel is nice but process. I didn't expect it that is the only thing I didn't like.

Everything about the hotel was just exceptional. The space was very comfortable, we had everything we needed in the apartment. The staff was very lovely and welcoming. The self catering was such an amazing experience for us as a couple☺😍. The terrace is also very chilled and refreshing. Ohh and a huge shout out to Samu, our host👌. she made our week a splendid one😊 We're planning to come back again on the 8th to the 12th of March 😁😁

I guess the only downfall was the backup power not working during loadshedding. But it didn't bother us much because it actually gave us more time to bond

The facility has so many owners the receptionist, said my accommodation is for private owners as the results should I need anything I should communicate with the owner not the receptionist. I think private owners must let us know b4 making the bookings

when trying to order breakfast i was told they no longer serve it, I was disappointed regarding that. i also wanted to buy refreshments and told they were no available lastly i didn't understand why we had to book for vising the outside space were there pool is located. I mean if your a guest you should be able to access the hotel. Kindly buy generator as well.

were i was located to 2nd floor very quite and the view to the pool was very beautiful. i wish you guys had lights in the pool area especially the pool it self.

The Location was super. The room and the whole facility was excellent and exceeded our expectations. This place is awesome

The swimming pool was not up to the standard of the facility. There is more to be done to improve the swimming pool area
