The location, staff was friendly, and the room was clean, comfortable and had an air con that was working.

Mishap with my lunch order for vegetable curry which got swapped for chicken curry. Mind you I'm vegetarian, I don't understand how veg got missed for chicken. Staff did apologise. Although the aircon is working, it's noisy. Would be great to upgrade to silent air cons. Light switched for the room&bathroom were confusing the other needed to be in the on position to before the other the opposite position. Please make both standard and put a flag/sticker above each switch to indicate bathroom&room light switch.

The breakfast offers a simple yet satisfying warm buffet with plenty of great options, along with fantastic coffee and a variety of juices. The location is ideal, with Emmerentia just a 10-minute Uber ride away, making it perfect for our concert plans.

I liked the location of the property and near by shops access across the road. They have accommodated for late checkout without extra charge. Breakfast was good for both vegetarians and non vegetarian

Although the property was cleaned regular towards the end of the stay I observed some crawling insects in the bathroom. Also hotel charged additional local levy while booking.com says inclusive of all taxes. Parking I had to pay extra

Look, this is the center of JHB, it's not exactly known to be walkable for safety reasons, however, you can still get around safely in the immediate vicinity, and everything is accessible via car, Uber or any other form of motorised transport. This is truly worth your money

Great location. Lots of space in the room we selected. Decent breakfast. Technician who assisted with a broken aircon in the room was very helpful. We missed breakfast on Tuesday, which followed a public holiday - so the service times were different. The lady had breakfast suggested we go through to let my toddler pick somethings for breakfast.

Our room did not have shower towels at all, there was no complimentary water. Reception staff weren't very friendly.

I highly recommend Garden Court Milpark my mom and l had a lovely stay from the 20th of Oct to 25th room 326. The staff is very friendly and helpful,to name a few Joel the waiter, Kanyi the head chef, Joyce the lady who was making eggs at the breakfast buffet l forgot the names of the ladies at reception you guys were amazing you made us feel like we were at home. Will be back again in January

Nothing everything was up to my standards

The hotel is well situated about 21 mins drive from OR Tambo Airport and 8 min walking distance to a shopping mall. Rooms were cleaned regularly. There is functional heater in the room. Toilet/bath facilities very fine. The room was quite comfortable. Food service is good too. The elevator works smoothly. The general ambience of the hotel is welcoming

Nothing that I could remember

We had a very nice room on the third floor in a quiet corner with lovely trees right outside the window. The room was well-equipped, except that there was no fridge. The bed was comfortable. The breakfasts had a lot of variety and were very good. The parking is secure and very close to the entrance.

It would have been nice if there was a little fridge in the room. Some guests were very noisy and were opening and closing doors, knocking and talking in the passage until late and from early in the morning.

Staff were amazing, the beds compostable, and everything was very neat and clean. The bit of food that we could get was very tasteful.

We stayed in room 421, we could not bath as the plug of the bath was broken. The tap on the basin was loose and when you use it, it smelt bad. The breakfast i thin would have been great if there was enough food, the que for the eggs was very long, and the rest of the food was very little to no food.

Extensive breakfast, with a wide variety of cold and hot items, including omelets cooked to order. We enjoy staying here when seeking treatment at the Milpark Hospital. Tiny gym, sufficient for a traveler's needs. The outdoor pool is also smallish -- and we have not had a chance to try it.

The area around the hotel is not very walkable. With the exception of a couple of malls and restaurants, there are no spaces that would allow for an after-dinner walk. We typically have to walk on the treadmill in the hotel gym.
