The service provided by the reservation assistance was exceptional. And the breakfast tasted nice.

The voice when you enter the hotel reception at night. Fortunately, we did hear it in the room. The WIFI issue but it was resolved with immediate effect. The standard can be improved though by expanding the reception, improving on uniforms, and name tags. Taoking into cognizant of the revamp aspect. But training of staff inclusive of security on culture always helps on the standard improve if the business is thriving for excellence like Thailand Hotel. Define the hotel mantra for customers to acknowledge what it aims for. The shower curtains can be replaced with glass since the hotel is going through a revamp.

there were cockroaches

The noise was less as compared to other rooms

No tea bags,milk and coffee in the room so that one won't have to ask for it form reception,as i might want to have a cup of tea at an awkward time.No electric kettle for tea. No phone to call reception incase of emergency No burglar bars on rhe windows No clothes cupboard,to hang clothes Breakfast not enough,if atleast cereal was included,could be better .Rather than a slice of bread,if one does not have enough money it will mean one will starve in a foreign country

The breakfast was delicious. the waiters were kind.loving and warm welcoming.good service, everything was on point.and the location was good.thank you so much for the good work, keep it up.the service was on another level.👌👌👌thank you for the lovely weekend we spent at your place.

Nothing ,i like everything about the place

The staff made the accommodation pleasant it felt like home away from home.

The smell of paint They started painting several rooms next to mine, which made my room to smell of paint. This became uncomfortable because I had a headache from the smell.

the hotel was clean, and the stuff was very friendly I enjoyed my stay peaceful

ants and crocks they need to fumigate and also the breakfast can they have buffet even if is for cereal

If you're reading this, believe me when I say breakfast was outstanding and the location is convenient. Comfort and safety played a big role for us(Me & Mpho Moloi)

There's nothing not to like about The Bannister

The property is clean and prices are fair concidering that breakfast is also included in the price

The staff at the reception is very welcoming and sweet, they make sure that you’re satisfied with everything

The houseman Thabiso is very helpful he clean the room like he just like his job make sure the guest are very happy all the time the receptionist are helpful and always there when you need any assistance very friendly including their Boss she is a very friendly person always around her guests we really love the place it is like our second home 🙏🏽
