The staff demonstrated good hospitality.Attend attened to queries promptly.

Taxi operator outside the hotel fence harrased me and my famiky when we had called Uba to collect us from the hotel.They forced the driver to drive back without passengers right inside the hotel premises. The Hotel should protect its guests in such and other cases. I suggest that the Hotel should have special arrangements with specific well mannered taxis ,with vehicles which are road worthy ,to be called to pick guests.Such drivers should demonstrate willingness to treat customers and hotel should be accountable for the safety of their guests.

The place is absolutely perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! 🌟 However, we had a major issue with the water — it was off from 3 PM and only came back after midnight. Unfortunately, this completely ruined our plans for the evening, as we couldn’t go out without being able to freshen up. It was really inconvenient, and we hope this can be improved for future guests

From reception desk staff to the room, everything is always as expected.

There was a contingent of school children and the noise levels were unacceptable.

Liked the place so much, it was clean the welcome was warm, unbelievable deal for money, we never thought we'd pay so less with my friend for such as clean, quite place. Everything about it was excellent. Definitely returning to stay here for my other trips. Also glad to be told that we have to Uber earlier because of the taxis around that place.

Loved the tidiness of the place and how neat and comfortable the beds were. The entire room was just clean and the stay was awesome.

The TV wasn't working so there was no entertainment at all. Uber or bolt cannot enter the hotel premises because of some guys who claim to run the taxi business at the gate and they charge a fortune for the trips.We ended up walking a distance to request an uber.

Welcoming by the receptionist was great & friendly. Rooms are clean and it value for money. Very quite place. Security is too tight, you rest assured that you are safe.

They must fix the shower door rubber, when bathing the water falls out to your room.

I was extremely fatigued after driving for 6hours and got there before check in time. Seeing that I was even sleeping on the chair, one guy came to my rescue to say there's a room I can occupy. Ohhh what a relieve. And I had a busy day ahead. Thank you so much
