The room was spacious, the place was clean and as seen on the pictures. The service from the light skinned lady who checked us in was beautiful thank you even though we didn't get your name.

The rooms need to be equipped with bar fridges at least if not the long normal fridge. The other light skinned short lady needs to have a smile and give guests exceptional hospitality. I used to work in 3 and 5 star hotels. As an employee we go an extra mile to accommodate guest, even if it means they ask me to take pictures of them.

It is a neat place and well taken care of.

Wifi is still a challenge. I did my rating the last time in June when I was there regarding the strength of the Wifi, but it is still unresolved because I had to go out of my room again to access it.

Two good maids

Very sterile...high ceilings with large tile floors. Everything echoes. Cornflakes and milk for breakfast. Nice kitchen but you weren't allowed to use it.ķ

Spectacular view of the city lights with a memorable sun rise. Secure parking space, comfortable bed, and clean rooms. The staff accommodated us with our baby. Thank you.

I didn't like the cereal for breakfast, and the pool was dirty.

Only cereals served for breakfast with coffee, no bread. There should be option for paying for proper breakfast at least. I was rushing to school and was disappointed that I had to go hungry

Location excellent, very central. Room and whole guest house was impeccably clean. Area is very quiet and serene. Lovely guest house and beautiful and well kept garden.

Bedding on the single bed could be replaced. It was clean and fresh, but well used already. A kettle in the room would have been an added bonus.

I felt uncomfortable when I arrived there at night with only a guy as a receptionist me being a woman and also I was told on how to put a key in certain way in the door, that's kind of scary .Other than that nothing less

The view from the balcony is just magnificent.

The water takes a very long time to get warm in room 6 especially in the morning. There was also no shower curtain and as such the water spilt over to the floor when taking a shower.

Cleanliness: Self-service morning snack on the cornflakes. The house was fully warmed. There are heaters in the rooms. Water is managed properly.

There is nothing bad to improve, creativity is acceptable on every business.
