For the price that you are paying, it is definitely worth it. The overall hotel is very neat and clean and has a modern look. There is a big parking lot which is free and safe. The rooms and hotel has the most important/ basics that is needed when you stay in a hotel. It is quick and easy to book in. The hotel is situated opposite a range of restaurants and takeaways therefore making it so convenient.

The shower, the basin for washing hands or brushing teeth and the toilet is situated very awkwardly. It should have been built differently and it should have all been together. There is not enough places to hang your towels. The bathing towels are actually very small and we only had 2 in the room but we also had a child.

I like the hotel environment and services. But d poor thing on it is about the aircon us not working and no fan. The room was so hot. The bathroom room is too small which you can't hang your towel inside the bathroom while taking your bath and hence you came out on a wheat body to the room. It will wheat all the floor. But I love sun1 hotel in Southgate and I which to come back again next time Thanks 💖 😊

We didn't eat the breakfast as we were in a hurry to leave. The man at the reception was outstanding: very welcoming & helped us with everything, with a smile on his face.

Our room didn't have a closet where we can put our bags & shoes & hang our clothes. It was quite a small room. There was no shower mat & water reached out of the shower space. People kept on talking whole night down at the parking lot we couldn't sleep well

the reception and security staff are very friendly to people. the rooms are semi sound proof which is good in case of emergency. the extra bed is intact and safe for kids to sleep.

The loadshedding issues is annoying hope they can get solar. I wish there was a switch to turn off the vacuum fan on the shower and toilet, even if it is connected to the light so atleast it can be switched off by the user of the room when he/she likes as it causes dryness of the throat and flu.

Location and hospitality.

No breakfast available and shower floor outlet was blocked. A suggestion please: please put a nonslip mat in front of the shower door as it gets very wet and slippery and one can slip and fall

The stay was awesome. We asked one of the staff Sisipho to help organise a romantically decorated room for us as it was our anniversary, and what she did exceeded our expectations. My wife was so thrilled and speechless about all that we found in our room, it made our day and night unforgettable indeed. Thanks to Sisipho and everyone who helped us to enjoy our stay there..

The bathroom in first room that we were in seemed like it was blocked because the water was not going down as usual in the shower, and we didn't really enjoy that. But nonetheless, the staff was understanding enough to relocate us to another better room and we truly appreciated that..

The bed was great , and the sheets were fresh. The lady who helped us was amazing

Nothing that I didn’t like , the service was amazing except for the windows, once the window is open , you could see outside and whomever is outside could see what was happening inside

The stuff and security was very friendly and helpful

Wish there was an off and on on the air regulator as it does affect us at night while sleeping. I know it is for air circulation but it is also used as a vacuum to dry the shower and remove the smell on the toilet ..but I still wish it was atleast only on the toilet and shower.

The staff at the reception failed to notice that I had made two reservations, one for 1 room while the other was for 3 rooms. They only gave me 3 rooms but after handing them with the second reservation they assisted me with the other room.

The location was central, close to all local amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Aircon worked well.

I don't know if it was only in my room where the water pressure from the shower was not that good. Television did not work well, lines across the screen and poor signal.
