The room was clean and tidy, the bed was extremely comfortable. It had a big screen smart TV which you could see through the glass window from the hot tub. The free wifi was a plus and the dinner we ordered was delicious. The room was exactly as the pictures showed.

You had to unplug the fridge in order to plug in the kettle to make tea or coffee. A triple plug adapter would sort that issue out. We had to request extra towels as they only supplied one large towel and one towel for the floor. Also on the booking form it said pajamas, so we didn't bother to bring our own bath gowns with, but none were in the room.

The place is clean,Room service is good even though it took so long to deliver food and the food was not nice. The staff was friendly,they just needed to put everything in the room to avoid calling every time for things that were not placed in the room. Nonetheless everything was perfect.

The food was not nice and they don't ask guests what they are not eating for breakfast They don't put everything the guests might need,we had to call every time 😔 We needed a spa,on the website they mentioned that there's a spa,please update your website so as we come knowing what you have and what you don't have.

The place was very accommodating. Fit for two and exactly for leisure as the room catered for the bedroom environment. No tables no chairs but a comfty corner couch and a large bed. It is peaceful and extremely quiet for a breather. It's clean, warm and cozy. Ablutions? You get a toilet and a shower located in the same room in the just nearest door, no sharing . The entrance is eye catching as decorated with paintings that add style. Perfect for taking pictures. There's breakfast to kick start your day. Wanna catch up? There's television and a fast wifi, powerful enough to download a movie in less than 3 minutes. I loved that wifi. There's a fridge for those coolies so you're covered. Don't worry about lights out because there's power back up as soon as loadshedding kicks in. The stay was worth it 👌

Okay, drinking water was not enough. We were provided with only 300ml water bottles upon arrival and that was it. Eating becomes a struggle as there are no chairs. If they could work on that. Besides those, everything was perfect.

The interior design was amazing and staff were mostly helpful

The dirty shower with the previous guest dirt I requested everyday for it to be cleaned but no effort was done until I checked out. This was room 7. Very disappointing if such beautiful property is not looked after in no time it will be inhabitable. Mold and mildew and oil and soil on bathroom Floor and wall, behind the bathroom main door too. Housekeepers must be managed and followed up with to insure cleanliness in guess rooms. I also felt rushed to leave the room one morning so the housekeepers can clean the rooms. That was an absolute no no for me. Killed the vibe for relaxation after long business days, what’s the point??

The location was absolutely stunning, and we had an incredibly enjoyable time. The staff members were warm and accommodating, providing us with helpful assistance throughout our visit. Overall, the experience was truly remarkable.

Regrettably, the breakfast was delayed, and we had to depart without being able to enjoy it. Furthermore, the food we ordered was overly seasoned, leaving it too salty for our taste. Nevertheless, aside from these setbacks, our stay was highly enjoyable.

I liked everything From the welcome service to my room🥰👌 my husband and I we were celebrating our 6th years wedding anniversary .. Thembi made sure our room was beautiful and romantic as per my special request ❤️ we where really blown away. The staff was very friendly and ready to assist whenever you needed help. Breakfast was also nice .

Hot Water was finished by the time we wanted to bath around 10am,but the plumber explained that I was sharing a geyser with 3 other suit And the jacuzzi bath takes a lot of Water . But we managed to bath with Luke warm water 😂

Location was great

The breakfast was average, would have preferred a variety of foods to choose from. Was handed a plate with a sandwich which we ate in our room. Would have liked to be seated outside. No drinks were provided for. Faster service is required when phoning reception as we were kept waiting a while.

Service from reception checking in to check out, it was true royal treatment. I was treated and felt like a king. Room service and the facility as a whole is nothing shot of 5 star treatment.

Cleanliness at the checking counter. I think they were busy with small renovations, but a hospitality property must always be neat irrespective. The entrance door was broken, to be fixed. Otherwise everything was good.

I liked their executive rooms very clean spacious and a good value for money their spa bath wow top tier things their staff is very friendly special mention to Memory for ever smiling and making my stay there as comfortable as I needed

There's nothing I did not like

The room set up. Free breakfast. Friendly staff. Always checked up on us and our situation that we were facing. Accommodating us last minute when we had to extend our stay. Security was very assisting with us taking uber that we are safe.
