We booked this hotel due to the location near the train station and the port as we were taking cruise to Japan. It was one night stay and the room was comfortable. Not too small, bathroom was nice and all was clean. We arrived early and they actually checked us in which was really kind. Great value for what we needed but if you want to explore more of Busan may not be best location. Being close to the station tho allowed for good public transport connections.

As others mentioned breakfast was a bit confusing. Not sure if it was due to less occupancy, but basically a person would prepare plate for each guest. It seemed quite small amount of food, also there were people with dietary restrictions due to religion and pretty much all they could eat was half a banana so the lack of options was bit strange.

It’s a 2-minute walk away from Busan Station. There’s a convenience store a building over and restaurants plus cafes around the hotel. There’s also a taxi stand and the bus stop on the walk to the train station. Breakfast is simple (toast, eggs, salad, soup, fruit, juice, water, coffee), but good. It isn’t posted anywhere, so FYI breakfast is served in the basement (B1). The room was quite spacious and clean. It’s winter and the heater kept me nice and warm.

The walls are thin. I woke up in the middle of the night (on a Wednesday) a few times to other guests talking loudly. The TV in my room had a few glitches i.e. lost connection a few times. There isn’t a microwave in the room, so I used the one at the convenience store.

I liked that the room provided was big and spacious. It has an ensuite bathroom with a huge bath. It was worth the money spent. I purposely chose this location because it is near Busan Train Station, and the bus stop is centralised to the places I planned to visit. The hotel is near to a lot of eateries.

However, the bathroom's shower is located at an odd waist level and next to the bathroom door. The bottles of shampoo and body wash are on a flimsy shelf, which is next to the toilet. In the end, I put the bottles on the toilet for easy access while showering. I'd also like to point out that during winter, hotels tend to fix the air-conditioning at a high temperature, which is quite uncomfortable for us.

Good location - next to the train station, so it is very convenient if you visit Busan from Seoul using a bullet train. The rooms were spacious and the price was quite good.

The rooms are clean, but a little outdated and the wallpapers need to be changed (for example). The location is good in terms of proximity to the train station, but many of Busan's landmarks are not within a walking distance, so metro, bus, taxi should be used. BIFF & Busan Tower are within a walking distance - around 20-30 mins.

The hotel room is very big and with a huge tub for two. Mattress is hard type but it’s good for me. Comfortable and quiet environment. V near to Busan Station. You can ask housekeeping for bath towels. Not sure why they didnt give in the first place. We brought compressed towels, thinking that they only give small towels after reading some of the reviews. But housekeeping lady gave us two bath towels when we met her in the morning.

Nothing I dont like. It’s good value for money, large room, fantastic location, what is there to complain? They also have a washing machine and dryer on roof top for use free of charge.

The location was top notch , just aside to the Busan KTX rail station and with the sub way right across as well- all the advantages of a central location. Our double bed room was decent sized ( for 2 people) and we thought the basic but adequate breakfast menu made it a very good value proposition ( we had a breakfast inclusive rate obviously ). Convenience stores within a couple of minutes away with plenty of restaurant options as well , in the hotel’s lane . Daily cleaning was a welcome feature and we found our room clean and tidied on all evenings we came back from our sightseeing .

Nothing to complain about - you get what you see in the pictures and as described on the room details .

Super nice location, 5 mins walk from Busan Metro Station or the Train station. Spacious room, sound proof, spacious shower space with bathtub and stand—in shower. Also they got you bathrobes, shoe helper in addition. There’s an extra washing machine on the rooftop which you can even dry your clothes! The staffs are simply wonderful, super supportive to luggage storage and amenities asks.

It’ll be even nicer to offer extra bottled water in the room- there are two served but it’s not enough given the summer is hot and easily dehydrated.

The room was so spacious. With a big buthtub but we didn't use it as not enough of time. The bathroom is slice door share with toilet and shower room. Means when u pull the door the toilet, the shower room door will leave widely open. The door is kind of a bit transparent. So not for privacy. The hotel just cross the street from Busan Station exit door 1. Less than 1 minutes walk from the exit 1.

The breakfast I personally don't really like it. As is it like a canteen and no decorations as compared to the hotel room. The staff in the kitchen will prepare a set of breakfast including bacon, sausages, banana, cherry tomatoes and a fried egg. (I prefer I can choose what to eat, instead of they gave whole set which we can't finish it all) There have milk, cereal, bread, soup serve by yourself.

The location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from Busan Train Station. The room is spacious and the large bathtub is a great bonus.

A cleaner entered the room while I was in the shower, which was unexpected. I should have placed the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, but it might be helpful if housekeeping was done by request to prevent situations like this.

Very nice location next to the Busan train station. 2 min walk from subway, bus stop, taxi stand. Located near many restaurants, cafes, and mini-markets. Restaurants also nearby and you always have the ones in the station. Room was VERY spacious. Floor heating was amazing. Bathroom had large tub (for 2 persons) and a large shower. Towels were small but changed daily. Fridge available as well as tea and coffee amenities. Breakfast was basic but enough (bread/toast, jam, butter, eggs, fried rice, beef bulgogi, sausages, fruits).

Bed was a little too hard. There was basically no window, just a very small "window" that if you keep open you can hear the hustling of the street downstairs. Would have liked more breakfast variety for Western customers. Breakfast coffee was yuck.
