Small room but very tidy, we did not mind it because we were just there to shower and sleep so we did not need a big room anyways. There is everything you might need for your stay, soap, hair products, slippers, pijamas, hairdryer, safe, amenities to be picked up at the reception…the bathroom looks like the ones on a flight because of the size but it had a big shower and it was spotless clean. The decoration and furniture are old school but as well as the bathroom everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and effective, quick check in and even faster check out. Breakfast from 6:30 to 9:00 with mostly local dishes but very tasty. The breakfast room was always full but there are plenty of places to sit. The breakfast ladies are friendly and very quick refilling everything, even the coffee of was actually very good for being a machine one. I would totally recommend this hotel, location is also Top (connected with Bus, Train and Metro. Taxis outside all day long)

One of the three elevators is currently being replaced for a new one so in the morning it was kind of “complicated” to get tho the breakfast area without using the stairs (breakfast was served on the 2nd floor and there were more than 20 floors so it can be challenging) from the other two other elevators (that will also be replaced at some point) one was not working if more than 4 people were in since we guess it does not work properly in regards of max.weight that it can support. Because of this reason we decided to leave the luggage at the reception the night before our check out so we could easily get downstairs without big heavy suitcases.

Location is superb! Immediately fronting the KTX train station exit no 1. Easy access to the metro station and bus stops to visit many neighborhoods of Busan. Abundant taxis waiting at taxi stand in front of hotel. Convenience stores were a block or more away. Many dining options in the immediate neighborhood and across the main street where Chinatown and Texas Street are located. Two sets of laundry machines were large capacity, front loaded and very efficient. Front desk luggage storage service as well as a large bank of storage lockers in hotel lobby.

It would have been great if the hotel provided coffee service in the mornings.

It was a very wonderful stay here. The free breakfast was very healthy especially for us senior people. The laundromat made our stay easier and safer, without the need to look for a laundry shop outside. The room was cleaned and served daily. Thanks for the night clothes, coffee, tea and washroom gadgets. The front desk and breakfast cafe staff were very helpful and kind The hotel is very near to train and bus stations. Jawohl. So far we have checked into at least 4 Toyoko hotels in Japan and Korea. Thanks

The room is quite nice. My room has a mountain view, and it is cleaned up every day. Towels were also replaced every day. Basic amenities were also provided, and they give out small packets of skincare in the lobby. I love that guests have free buffet breakfast, so I don't have to decide where to eat every morning. They allow guests to borrow pajamas too, which, for me, adds a personal touch. Overall, I get great value for my money.

I guess the shower curtains are placed a bit far from the tub, so water still spills on the floor. But not much to complain about.

Location is just beside the Busan train station and near major bus stop for taking local bud to various destinations. Breakfast is included, and the spread is good. The room size is small, and the toilet is even smaller, which seems to be the standard for Toyoko Inn chains. Asking guests to leave used towels and rubbish on the hallway for clearing and replacing seems odd without providing a carrier bag to place these items, which is available in other Toyoko Inn. Only 2 lift serving higher floors is insufficient. The size of the lift is small. Long waiting time during check-in, check-out, and breakfast time.

The location is perfect is you’re using the trains as it is steps away from Busan Station. It is also just a few stops away from the city centre and from the main attractions. Easy subway access to most of the areas. The breakfast was included in the price and was amazing. It was a really good Korean type of breakfast.

Elevators get really busy as others have mentioned, but it wasn’t too bad. Just plan your time accordingly by leaving an additional 5-7 minutes for the elevator wait. The busiest time would be closer to the end of breakfast between 8am and 9am.

There are very welcoming and helpful people at the desk. The kitchen and dining room workers did so well to ensure there was always plenty of good quality food available for all tastes. It was often busy there, but the workers were always so cheerful and helpful while they ensured things went smoothly. There are two good quality washing machines and dryers that were so reasonably priced. The desk staff kindly loaned me an iron and ironing board. The hotel is easy to find. Just take exit 1 from Busan Station, turn left and you can see the hotel. Transport options were excellent. Train, subway and a major bus stop were just minutes away. I stayed there for a week and always found the location so convenient. I would happily stay there again and also am happy to recommend the hotel to future guests.

We picked this hotel primarily because it's right beside the Busan KTX station which is really convenient. The lobby was clean and it offered amenities like vending machine for currency exchange as well as toiletries and some beverages. There's also free pajama (overalls) which you can just get from a cabinet at the lobby. Our room is the budget double room so it's pretty small but it was clean, including the bathroom. Room had TV, hair dryer, electric kettle, bedroom slippers; bathroom had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Having that signature Japanese bidet in the toilet is always a plus 👍 Room cleaning is available daily; you just need to inform front desk before 10AM. Buffet breakfast offered a variety of porridge, rice, bread; kimchi and other side dishes like ddeokbokki; cereals and milk; sausages and mandu; coffeee. They also change some of the side dishes each day 😊

The location is best for us, next to KTX and Metros. Chinatown and bus stops all nearby. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is included , very nice buffet breakfast. I am a vegetarian and I have more than enough to eat. Washer and Dryer on hotel ground floor, quite convenient if you want to do the washings, but need to pay a little. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you.

Love the location of this wonderful hotel. It is right next to the Busan KTX station and who visits Busan doesn't take the KTX train :-). When you get out of the station, you just need to turn left and the hotel is right there. There are plenty of taxis queue up in front of the hotel and all the buses and metro stations are right next to it. When you check in, they will give you your room key but you can't get to your room until it is exactly 4pm. In the lobby, they have a microwave oven, a currency exchange machine and a water dispenser for you to use. Another great part of this hotel that I love is the fact they give you fresh pyjamas everyday, skincare products, coffee and tea. The breakfast is good with a variety of main dishes that are different everyday. The best part of the breakfast is the free coffee machine that gives you choices of cafe mocha, cafe latte, and cafe americano. I also love the strong humidifier they provide in the room. Also nice view of the city from my room. Definitely the best choice of hotels in Busan for me.

The elevator. Very slow and for some reasons, stops at every single floor. It would take an average of 10 minutes to get down to the lobby if you stay in the room on the highest floor which i did.
