Value for money. Central location - it's on the left just as you step outside the busan station. The bus stop is just outside the front entrance. The hop and hop off city tour bus go from this bus stop. Surrounded by all sorts of shops - bakeries, conveniencestores, restaurants, shopping malls, olive young, banks, or currency exchange shops .Room beautifully decorated. Spacious. Clean. Comfortable bed. Felt luxurious. Staff polite. Absolutely loved our stay - will book again there next time we come to korea.

There is nothing to dislike. 10 on 10 in every respect.

Good location near the Busan Station. I had to work in the harbour which is very nearby (10 minutes by Kakao Taxi) Hotel is clean, people are friendly.

I stayed here already 3 times for more then 2 weeks. This time the breakfast has been moved from the big room on the 3rd floor to the small restaurant on the 25th floor. That's about 1/3 of the size, resulting in waiting queue, but also less choise from the buffet. Hope this is temporarely as the breakfast is always the reason to choose for this hotel. Further, not every elevator goes to every floor, means that only 2 elevators per 12 floors, which is insufficient.

This was the first place I stayed in after arriving in Busan. It took about 30 mins from Gimhae Airport to the hotel. Location was perfect - it is right next to Busan KTX. There are restaurants, cafes, convenient store around the hotel. Transport via subway is super convenient too. The room met my expectation. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, aesthetically pleasing. You get a good view of Busan from the room too. The power/electric socket can fit all international plugs. Staff was friendly.

Nothing really....except the roof garden was closed, so couldn't really get to enjoy the night view.

The hotel is right outside the Busan station. So the location is very convenient. The entrance and the look of the hotel is very impressive, it has a donut/bread place next to it. The rooms are well maintained and feel newly done. The bathroom is large enough. Both the room and bathroom are very clean. Basic amenities like the hot water kettle and tea/coffee supplies are provided. It's far from Haeundae so that way the location is far from the touristy area of Busan. But it's close to BIFF square which gives you the city's vibes. The staff is friendly and can speak English :)

Great views. The location is fantastic. Very convenient. With it's central location next to Busan Station, it makes it easy to ride public transportation. We chose to take the bus and it was very easy to use. I like that the Hotel is in a prime spot. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

No washcloths. Not enough bath towels. No iron or ironing board. You must send your laundry out to be pressed or dry cleaned. (We didn't use that option.) The Hotel needs more washers and dryers. The line for use was so long there was 7 people waiting the whole night long. We had to do laundry at 3am when we should be sleeping and saving up energy to sightsee.

Great location! The room was clean and was very spacious. Great pillows and comfortable bed. They storage our luggage before the check-in.

The staff doesnt talk English very well, but we were able to communicate. The room (bathroom) smelled a little cigarrets, but I think it was the ventilation system. After a couple minutes, it disappeared. The air conditioner works only with one function (heating) and we couldn't low the temperature. We were instructed for open the window or turn off the air conditioner. Since it was about 3 celsius degrees outside, we had decided to change rooms.

The room is on the small side (especially the bathroom), but it is generally modern, clean, well designed and generously appointed - everything worked. Our room on an upper floor had a great view, and there is reason to think any room above the sixth or seventh floor will too. The shower is great.

Front desk staff serves as concierge - we selected this hotel (an American company franchise) assuming there would be very capable assistance for us to take full advantage of the visit. However, the front desk ability to provide this kind of assistance is just fair. The beds and pillows are quite firm (as seems to be the custom in South Korea, with a few welcome exceptions (e.g., Sheratan Four Points).

Location is reason booked (to get early am train on departure. But loved the staff , so helpful . The room was fabulous, was little worried as some other reviews said issue with hot room & air- con but booked anyway & SO SO GLAD I DID. It wasn’t an issue at all the thermostat was moveable so if 2 warm /cold I could adjust temp no problem (the windows did lever open for nice fresh air if needed ) Beds ✅ pillows ✅ Also plenty of food options near by & taxi rank outside (staff so helpful they would write destination in Korean to give driver ✅)

Hotel location is so closed to KTX, and trains station which so easy to move around the city.Hop on hop off city tour bus is just in front of the hotel.Restaurants is just in the corner of the hotel.Hotel is so clean, Buffet restaurant is good. with variety of food choices.

Hotel supplies limited tea and coffee good for two on dsy to day,no creamer,no sugar.,no toothbrush and tooth paste,nor shower cap.Hope the management will take a look on these,matter,small complaints but basic amenities will help improve service to meet clients needs.

It's my second time in Busan and stay at this hotel again. The location is perfect, close to all ; train station, dining, convenience store and public transport. The location is easy to go to meeting point for most tour package offered in Busan. The same food vendor (with tent) nearby the hotel are still there. When you go out from the hotel, go left, there is a new restaurant with reasonable price and tasty (located close to convenience store).
