The hotel is 5mins walk from the train station. There are a lot of restaurants and convenient store around the area. Reception is polite and check in procedure is smooth. We were able to leave our luggage at the lobby since we arrived early. Washing machine and water dispenser is available. Room and toilet is clean and spacious.

Everything was good until one night we decided to open the window cos it is a warm and stuffy. In the middle of the night, we were awoke by buzzing sound in our ears and itching everywhere. When we turn on the lights, we got a shocked of our lives. I am very sure there were over 20 mosquitos in the room. They are everywhere. On the ceiling, on the walls, and some flying around. Every single mosquito that we have slapped has blood on our palm, our blood. We spent the whole night slapping every mosquito we can find, but still cannot kill them all. In the end, we decided to check out the room and find another hotel. FYI, we are staying at the 10th floor. But oh well. It would have been a perfect stay if this did not happened

The Port Hotel Busan is extremely convenient if you are travelling by train as it is only 500m from the main Busan Station, and extremely easy to find. In fact from the station concourse to reception pushing a wheeled suitcase is less than 5 minutes walk. The rooms are very spacious with good facilities including a pantry area consisting of large fridge, kettle,, sink, two-plate electric cooker and a washing machine which was a real bonus (use google translate to understand the settings). There are a good selection of restaurants in the road behind the hotel as well as a 24 hour convenience store - and of course the station is full of cafes, restaurants and bakery shops. The price was good and overall good value.

Not Applicable - All was good.

The room was spacious and clean with a sea view. The hotel is about 5 minute's walk from Busan Station and there are many grocery stores nearby. Felt safe to walk at night.

Behind the bed (hidden side) was dirty. Some facilities were on level 2 such as the microwave & washing machine, so a little inconvenience. While there were cooking facilities in the room but had to request the utensils from the reception desk with a deposit.

Good location when arriving by train. Close to a metro station. View over the port. Was very clean.

Had a stove top for cooking and a full sized fridge but no pots or pans, plates, cutlery etc. The air-con wouldn't turn on.

The location was perfect in terms of travelling to your destinations in busan. (subway, busses, busan station - ktx, taxis). Being high in the residence was nice.

the room was not the cleanest when we got in. There were stains on the ground and the blankets.

The hotel is located near Busan Station and there is pretty easy access to the subway and buses. About 30 minutes by bus to Gwangalli Beach and about an hour to Haeundae Beach but it's absolutely worth it. The room was big and neat, with a large bed (actually two beds, one single and one double but I only used one), small kitchen (you can ask for kitchen utensils at the front desk), a refrigerator (with bottles of cold water), TV and air conditioner. In the bathroom there is a set of shampoo, hair conditioner (really nice one) and shower gel. Everyday personnel empty trash bins and I also received fresh towels (they are big, not small as usual in Korea) and bottles of water. There is also a laundry room but if you don't know Korean it could be tricky to use. But still you can do your laundry without going outside. I also really like the view. I was staying on the 10th floor and the night view was amazing. If you like an industrial vibe, this is for you. The view on the trains arriving and departing and also on the Busan Port. It can't be a bad hotel if you can hear Joe Hisaishi's music at the lobby.

It could use a little refreshing touch but for this price I wasn't expecting much. Still, it was clean and it's everything that matters.

The room is very spacious, I had a sea view so that was very nice, lots of sunlight during the day (there are blackout curtains if you want to avoid the sun light) there are refrigerator and washing machine in the room, that was very convenient. Breakfast cost 7,000 won, I had it once, they served: fruit, seaweed soup, scrambled eggs, vegetables, meat, rice, bread, cereal, coffee, milk, juice. I arrived at 10:00 a.m and the lady at the reception asked if I would like an early check in, it was really nice I didn't even had to ask if the room was ready, it made me feel very welcomed and at ease. The cleaning staff was very nice and attentive, I asked not to enter my room so they knocked only to ask me if I needed anything and If I wasn't in my room they left me clean towels and bottles of water outside my door. The hotel is about 2 minutes walk from Busan Station so it is easy to get to any of the attractions. There are many restaurants and grocery stores around and it feels very safe to walk around even at night. Staying here was very convenient and pleasant so I extended my stay for another week.

The bed was was a bit hard but I fell asleep easily and slept very well.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from subway station, a few minutes walk from Chinese street, a minute walk from GS25. The room is very clean, they bring 3 bottles of water every day. Free Netflix. Good wifi. Quiet (17th floor).

Mosquitoes that come out from nowhere. Only the staff knows how to kill them properly so they don’t disturb you during the night. The first night was okay. But 2nd and 3rd we woke up during the night a few times because of mosquitoes. We tried to use mosquito spray and kill mosquitoes with hands before going to bed again. But they still appeared during the night so we couldn’t sleep well. I suggest you ask the staff clean the room and kill mosquitoes in the right way every day.
