Overall the hotel location is easy assessible to main public transport/ Busan train station and metro station with convenient store nearby.

The receptionist is not as helpful. There is no dustbin at the hotel lobby hence my nephew seeking help from the receptionist to throw an orange skin but the receptionist refused to. She is asking him to go back to his room (level 10) and throw it. This is out of my expectation from a hotel staff. I hope they can change their attitude or put a dustbin at the lobby.

The room was huge. The shower was wonderful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The location is close to Busan station and the subway but it’s in sketchy smelly alley. Not sure I would want to walk down it late at night.

Notte La Mia Hotel exceeded all expectations! Its prime location near KTX Busan Station made travel incredibly convenient, especially for first-time visitors to the city. Having multiple convenience stores and great restaurants nearby was a huge plus—everything we needed was just a short walk away. The 24/7 check-in service was a lifesaver after a late train ride, ensuring a seamless and stress-free arrival. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Busan—perfect for convenience and comfort!

Location was great. Quiet area for sleeping at night but close to Busan Station. Convenience stores, restaurants and taxi stand and main Busan Station all very close. Good curtains for blocking light. Great air con, very quiet air con. Lots of powerpoints. USB charger ports by beds. Free wifi worked well. Western sized towels. Free bottles of water. Toiletries good. Staff really helpful. Fab view from rooftop of hotel - really worth it on a clear night. Would stay again.

Bed was too hard for my liking, hubby coped but said he agreed it was on firmer side. I got around it by using 2nd beds doona under our sheet as an underlay. That helped. Get couple of teabags and coffee bags, but no milk or sugar etc - for standard of hotel that was a minor key down.

Loved the room! Big and spacious bedroom with a huge shower/bath, and separated toilet and sink space. Felt really happy and comfortable in there. The location is really central and close to the KTX, on reflection though we might have preferred to stay in Hyundae for the beach proximity. The staff really nice and helpful.

There is a really hectic drain smell outside the hotel? It kind of hits you every time you leave. Not sure if there is much the hotel can do about it but I wouldn’t stay there again because of this, very unenjoyable. There is not any laundry facilities on site, there is a great launderette nearby but this would improve the property hugely to have laundry facilities for guests. The breakfast was ok but a bit underwhelming.

Although its walking distance to KTX Busan, its better to use main roads pedestrian pavement to get to the hotel rather than using shorter distance alleyway because moving cars can come quite close to you.

We had booked and paid for a junior suite with sea view and a hot tub. The room was spacious, but had thought it was bigger. Nice large bathroom. The roof terrace was fantastic and the view fabulous. The breakfast was simple but ok.

We had booked a junior suite with a sea view. However, the windows were so dirty that it was difficult to see the sea view. The room felt dark due to the small and dirty windows. So if that's standard for this type of room, I certainly can't recommend paying extra for a sea view. In the description of the room it said there was a hot tub, there wasn't, but there was a regular bathtub.

Great location, very close to Busan station (KTX) and the metro, which makes it very easy and super convenient to get around, especially if you want to take a stroll down to Nampo and Jagalchi market. The room was very big, plus the separate toilet was very convenient as well. Beds are on the firm side, which was much appreciated. Nice view onto the Busan harbor bridge and lovely rooftop with a great night view. Overall slightly retro in terms of decor, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

The breakfast choices could be a bit more varied, especially with regard to the non-savory dishes. Also, there was unfortunately no tea available, only hot water. Not sure if that's the norm or if it happened to be the case while we were there, but if you like your tea in the morning, pack a few teabags just in case.

Really liked the location of this hotel - at first I was a little nervous as the neighborhood looked more like a bunch of small businesses but it was totally fine. The bathroom was the best. There were three of us and the bathroom was a perfect set up. We had a room with a shower, sink, and a tub. Then another sink with mirrors was outside the wet room and then another room with the toilet. It was great because one of us could be in the restroom, one taking a shower and another one doing their hair and makeup. Great for three women sharing a room! The view from the rooftop is really cool.

Air conditioner was a little loud but I sleep with earplugs so it didn't bother me. Breakfast was about $7 - selection was not great, actually pretty sad but I paid it to sit there having unlimited Americanos and eat some scrambled eggs and fried rice. My travel partners chose to go to a convenience store, but $7 is not much for coffee and something to nibble on.
