The hotel is in an excellent location as it’s around a 10 minute walk from Busan Station and around a 30 minute walk to downtown Busan. The views of the harbour are stunning too from the front-side rooms. The room was very well thought out with everything you need, even in a small space. It’s very good value for money given a hot (mostly Korean) breakfast is also included. Overall highly recommended!

The hotel is strict about not checking in before around 3pm and could earn more money through charging a day rate and allocating rooms already cleaned much earlier in the day. I arrived at 9am on a very early KXT train and could only check in at 2.50pm. There is not much space in the lobby in which to wait.

located very close to the main train station; large and clean room, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom with all you need; breakfast starts at 07:00AM and is quite nice, offering (day after day) various Korean food but also some European options - good coffee! btw, you can borrow pyjamas from them :-)

1. Very conveniently located. It is located within a 10 minute walk from Busan station and it is a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station - Jungang (Gate 17) 2. The checkin is quick and efficient and the staff are friendly. There is a water cooler and waiting lounge at the lobby. There are a couple of massage chairs as well which are very reasonably priced. 3. Amenities are quite decent. You can collect additional toiletries from the front desk. 4. Breakfast is served early. Decent selection of food items. Tip - go early! 5. Comfortable bed with a good view of the city. 6. There is a convenience store right next to it (GS25) which has a lots of options to choose from.

Nothing. For this price and convenience, it's a steal. Tip - while there are 3 lifts, morning breakfast hours are peak traffic. If you are checking out around that time (check out is at 10 and breakfast ends at 9) there is quite a rush. Account for 5 extra minutes to get into the elevator!

If you're staying with family, the adjoining room options and breakfast buffet make this a great option. This older hotel is actually very clean and the beds were super-comfortable. The adjoining room setup had 2 large beds on each "wing" and a couch with table, TV and separate AC in the middle area. It was very roomy and comfortable for 2 parents and 2 kids. The 2 bathrooms made this a very comfortable set up. There was just 1 small fridge and 1 small desk, but that was enough. Breakfast buffet was great! It was a small selection, but everything was good including white rice, fried rice, kimchi, oden, salad, toast, and more. All of the service staff were great and friendly. Additionally, there are plug adapters available to borrow at the front desk. Note - they are not voltage adapters, so your power supply needs to accommodate 220v.

Some of the front desk staff were very stiff and aloof if you didn't speak Korean. I could use English or Japanese, but it was very obvious there was a difference in demeanor towards Korean-speaking customers.

Rooms were good size. I asked for higher floor and quiet room, and they really tried to accommodate my requests. I had a fantastic 19th floor room with a great water view. You can opt out of daily housekeeping but they hang fresh towels with complementary bottle of water instead, which was wonderful! Breakfast is wide variety (western, korean, vegan, etc.) and they make the effort to rotate main items on the menu. The location is minutes' from transit so easy to move around.

There are only 3 medium-sized elevators servicing 23 floors worth of rooms. During breakfast and check out times, the elevator situation was a bit annoying.

Those beds... I still dream about it. Of course not everyone likes the same kind of mattress but it was perfect for me - firm but not too much, and those sheets were amazing. Good location, very easy to reach the fish market area, Gamcheon Culture Village, Songdo beach area and Taejondae Resort Park. Not much to do in the area at night, but that's not what we were looking for. Check-in is late but they stored our luggage in a separate room accessible only to staff before check-in, and they ask for your ticket to give you back your luggage. I think storage after check-out is different, and bags are left in the hallway. Right in front of the - always-staffed - front desk, but I would feel less comfortable leaving my stuff then.

Breakfast was meh. Mostly Korean food, which I didn't particularly enjoy, and bread with what's supposed to be margarine but it was the worst I've ever had in my life Late check-in (4PM) AND early check-out (10AM). I'm fine with one or the other, but both is slightly taking the piss imho Some context for those who read comments complaining about the hotel's location: Busan is VERY spread out. There's simply no location in town that will allow you to reach everywhere easily. If you're just staying 1-2 days in the city, book a hotel close to the places you want to visit it. If you're staying longer, then either book 2 accommodations during your stay in different parts of town, or accept you will have to spend 1h/1h30 in transports at times to reach where you want to go.

+ Perfect location close to Jungang Station and Busan tower. + The room was clean and well maintained. + Good amneties such as free tea, free skincare, Hairdryer, water cooler, money exchange in the lobby. Washing machine in the lobby was only a few Won (2000 ₩ I believe). There is a convenience store close to the Hotel. + My room had direct view on Busan tower and Comodore Hotel. + Breakfast was a 10/10. They even served Bean Coffee. + Toyoko-Inn is a reliable Hotel Chain! :)

Incredibly good value stay for the price! Excellent location, walking distance from main Busan station, and to bus stop and subway stop. Area around has nice cafes and restaurants aplenty. Clean, comfortable room. Small, but expected from this type of business hotel chain. Bathroom with a bidet and a washing line above the bath so you can dry your laundry. Fast free wifi. Coin laundry downstairs which works well. Water supplied by housekeeping AND a water dispenser downstairs, which is great. Also very nice staff who were very efficient with their work. Breakfast generally very good and Asian style with soups, rice, pickles, warm dishes. (although I would probably add another sweet option to what was available, like yoghurt)

Relatively poor soundproofing/loud pipes - I could hear rooms above me flushing. Elevators can get busy during breakfast time due to the size of the hotel (20+ floors), so you may end up waiting for a while. Breakfast finished a bit early (9am) since check out was also quite early at 10. I guess this is due to this being a business hotel, but even an extra 30 minutes would help.

The hotel is only 4-5 minutes walk away from the nearest bus stop and 10-15 minutes walk from Busan station. The breakfast was delicious, although on sunday its better to be early. I really liked sea view from the room, especially around sunset. The room was very clean, had everything a traveler needs. The bathroom had a bidet-like toilet. Staff was very kind and helpful. They hung clean towels and another bottle of water on my door handle even though I didn’t ask room cleaning for 2 nights.

The doors had an alarm like sound if it was not closed properly and I wake up to that alarm sound at night when another guest came back to his/her room and didn’t close the door properly without realising it for minutes.

The front desk staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. They went out their way to make fresh dumplings every morning. That was impressive! Of course, great location! 5 mins walk from Chinatown and Busan train station. As for the room, loved the bed and the bathtub. Water pressure was great!

Didn't clean the room properly. Still could find tea stain in one of the cups. They would only change the bedsheet after the fourth night. Also, very rigid in terms of the cleaning time. They would only clean the room from 10am to 3pm. Wasn't allowed in the room until 3pm. No toothpaste nor toothbrush in the room.
