A very nice stay, very close to the trainstation and in a good position to reach everything you want to see in Busan. The room was spacious, i had a very pleasent view over the city with my large window. There is a small neighborhood behind the hotel, where you can find small, affordable but nice restaurants. The fitness room was spacious and nicely equipped. The staff was very friendly and I was even allow to check-in about 2 hours before regular check-in time.

Room, location and service was nice. The indoor dining option (bbq and beer) seemed very pricey and not a valid choice for single travellers due to the huge portions. The bar is actually closed.

Overall is clean. Room is spacious. Staff could provide additional facility upon request, example we have requested additional 4 pillows for the 4 of us and iron. Everything required provided, example drinking water, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, comb, shower cap, sewing kit, ladies kit, hair dryer, spoons, chopsticks, bowl, etc. However, it would be best if toiletries can also provide with toothbrush and toothpaste. Location is near to metro and bus stop (right in front of hotel). Good location to go anywhere we want. Nearby have a lot of coffee shops and if you would like to easily grab breakfast, there is Isaac Toast behind the hotel. Hotel also offer car service to Haeundae area and airport too. Overall hotel price is very reasonable and would say good ! Recommended if you are looking for a room with more people to stay.

The location is great for anything you want to do in southern Busan. Rooms are comfy and spacy.

The only issue with the rooms is the AC. The heat exchanger for the AC is in a tiny room behind the AC itself, and it is extremely noisy. If you keep the AC running at night, sleeping without earplugs is rather impossible.

I like how spacious the room and the room was clean. For the location, it is pretty convenient and accessible to many tourist spots. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my requests. This is highly recommended for those who wants to visit nampo attractions.

Honestly I do not like the bed and the bed was too hard for me. It will be better if there was a softer bed instead. This is subjective as some people would enjoy a hard bed instead. Bathroom could be slightly bigger but it was maked up for a bigger room space instead

We arrived at this hotel after running from a different location, and the difference in quality is noticeable. This hotel is clean, organized, spacious, and close to public transportation that took us everywhere easily. There is also a restaurant and cafe in the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got a great price, and honestly, it's worth the slightly higher price compared to some other hotels in the area.

Location is good if you have to be close to Busan station. I made a mistake whilst in Busan and had to find urgent accommodation! After doing some searching I found this hotel which was sort of close to Busan station as I had to catch the KTX out of Busan to Seoul early in the morning. Cleanliness of the hotel and the room! didn't find any stains and bed/bed sheets were clean. Rooms are modern looking!

The glass windows are horrible at blocking the sounds from the street! it feels like you are sleeping on or next to the roads. Thin walls in the hotel, and I don't think it is a good idea to have wooden flooring with wooden chairs as it makes such a loud noise when used. All I heard (apart from the road noise) was the sound of chairs moving.

The location was amazing - super close to Busan Station, and there was a bus stop right outside of the hotel that took us to all the places we needed to go! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The wifi was down during the evening, so we ended up having to use our phone data to connect to the Internet :(

Some days cleaning was not perfect

My family and I enjoyed a 2 night stay at the Crown Harbor Hotel, Busan. Location: Great location! Very close to a Metro Stop that is one stop away from Busan Station (Railway/High Speed Rail (KTX) Station. The Metro stop is connected to a vast underground mall, which also connects to the more upscale, Lotte Mall. Directly across the street from the hotel is a bus stop as well. Also, in the hotel itself is a nice a cafe located in the lobby. The second floor is where the daily breakfast buffet is located, in addition to a Chicken and Beer restaurant, and a bar. I also enjoyed the fact there is a 24-hr. fitness center on the 3rd floor, as well a spa. Room: For my family I requested adjoining rooms and the Crown Harbor did not disappoint. My room request was honored and the rooms were spacious! My family was very pleased with the size and layout of the rooms. Cleanliness: The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. Staff: All the staff with whom my family interacted were warm, welcoming, and helpful.

The hotel is close to metro stations and within walking distance of Gukje Market and Jagalchi Fish Market. We booked an Executive Twin Room with Harbor View, which was spacious and very comfortable, with two chairs and a table at the window. It was very quiet, no noise from the street, nor from the hall, nor from other rooms. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of dishes, and at a very reasonable price. We also appreciated the free parking in their underground car park.

A second luggage rack would be nice, especially because there is ample space for one in front of the TV.
