1. Location - it is 2-3 mins walk away from Busan Train Station (Exit 1) so very convenient for KTX users. But if you come by subway, use Exit 6 as it has an escalator for luggage. Once you reach the top, u will be at ground level, directly facing Busan Station. U will see Ramada Encore and Toyoko Inn on your right. Walk towards Toyoko Inn & turn right. Walk a few more steps, u will see the hotel. 2. Plenty of eateries around the hotel & convenience stores so it is in a good location. 3. Near subway - use Exit 2 as that is the nearest. 4. Room is huge ( we took the Premier Seaview room) and the huge bath tub was a luxury for such a reasonable priced hotel. 5. Separate bathroom and toilet. 6. Toilet has a lovely bidet!!! Again unexpected. 7. There is a common microwave in the lobby!

1. No mugs provided - only small papercups, no stirrer too! 2. As reviewed, only face towels (but 4-5 pieces) are provided so you either live with it or byo. 3. Unfriendly receptionists - all men, maybe because this is a biz class hotel

We didn't book the breakfast, but since there are many restaurants and cafes around Busan Station, breakfast is not a problem. The hotel location is excellent, just a 1-2 minute walk from Busan Subway Station, making it very convenient for travelers going on day tours or taking the KTX. The room is very spacious, and if you have a large suitcase, there's definitely enough space to open it! Also, there is one bathtub in the room, which is great for relaxing with a bath.

The bathroom does not separate the dry and wet area, and cleanliness could be improved. It would be better if you bring your own cleaning towels or bath towels.

The staff was great! Very nice and helpful. It is 5 minutes from Busan station so close to ktx, the port and every bus and metro to get anywhere we needed. The bath was the absolute best thing in this place and it was perfect after a day of walking around. They agreed to hold to our baggage before check in and after check out and were really nice about it. Bottles of water in the fridge every day and cleaning the room but didn't touch the beds we slept in so it felt safe.

The location is on the back of the station so it felt a bit shady and was a bit noisy in the evening from the izikaya next to it. The towels are not body towels but hands, so make sure to bring your own

HEATED FLOORS! The day we arrived, there was heavy rain, we were drenched and cold but those heated floors made it so much better. The room was very cute, spacious, the beds each has its own power point and light. The bathroom was seperate to the toilet. Location was right next to the station so it was very convenient. Staff was friendly and we could store our luggage until check in for free. I couldn’t be happier!

We didn’t know how to get the floors heated again once it turned off :(

Very spacious room with a port side, right next to the tracks of Busan Station. Bathroom is spacious, clean and there is a hot tub. Google maps is hard to navigate with but hotel is easily recognisable.

Check-in is late as the earliest time is 16:00. Earlier check-in is only possible when paying 10k won per hour earlier. My first booking was cancelled due to wanting to pay at the hotel but i did not specify the time of my check-in. Booking.com "guarnteed" my booking by having my credit card details... There is music playing on the hall which i could hear in my room. The area is not very tidy so it smells like sewage.

The man on the desk was kind and gave me an upgrade to a better room - this may be because I arrived at 2pm but couldn't check in til 4pm. So I went out and it was around 8pm, after dinner, that I got back to check in. Leaving then at 8am to catch my train meant I didn't have long to enjoy my room. However, it was clean and spacious. A little tired in places and could do with a tidy up/refresh. Nice to have a fridge, a large bath, and I appreciated the toiletries. Nice rooftop view area, especially after dark. Convenient location only a minute or two from Busan station, and good WiFi. Probably my favourite AC of my 3 week trip, effective but silent. Good value overall for the cost.

It freaked me out a bit to see call girl cards scattered around outside the front door. I felt momentarily unsafe until I realised this guy drives around and does it to all the hotels in the area. It might be nice if the staff either picked them up and cleared them away, or asked if they might not do that at this hotel.

Could not ask for a more perfect location, the hotel is so nice and close to the KTX and normal train/metro station, literally a 2 minute walk. Bathroom is HUGE, it had a separate Japanese toilet, separate shower and giant bathtub with provided shampoo, conditioner, body gel and shaving razors. The hotel is directly next to the railways but the windows have amazing soundproof design, couldn't hear a thing when they were closed. The bunk beds are very comfortable - the frames are built in to the room so you can't feel the person above/below you moving around, plus each little bunk also has a private light and power socket. There is also roadside street food directly outside the hotel at night- seems to be more for locals than tourists, we didn't eat there but it's there if you want some snacks. I would also recommend going up to the rooftop to get an awesome view of Busan, you can see the Gamcheon culture village from here.

The mattresses are a little uncomfortable - Seems to be covered in a plastic sheet and then covered in a bed sheet. During summer (aka the time we came here), there is very little heat diffusion because of the plastic so it gets really, really hot at night. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working in our room either, that was the only big downside.

The room is big enough for a couple of people, as well as the bathroom, which has both shower and bath. The room is split into two zones -working and sleeping. The most unusual thing is that the room has a classical computer :) The hotel is 3–5 minutes walk from KTX Busan Station and Subway station. It is super convenient for the travelers

Staff barely speak English, but they do their best nevertheless and everything manageable

Clean, perfect location near busan station, easy to get anywhere in the city due to many busses. Polite staff. Everything in order.

The view is honestly kind of bad. I am giving 10/10 because I wasn't there for the view, but I can imagine some people going there for the view (hotel name: busan view hotel) will be disappointed. One side has train tracks and a port in the distance, the other side has a big building next to it. Just be aware of that. If the view doesn't matter, go here!

Spacious room, huge bathroom separated wc & shower area with automated bidet and its accessible location, near metro station and 2 convenient stores nearby.

My second time here yet the same irritating messages prior to my check in that my cc cannot be used to secure the booking. However, upon check in, Cc is valid and functioning well. Towels are too small, brought my own bath towel. Staff could not communicate well in English. Asked for housekeeping, it was not done, maybe he misinterpreted that we did not require one.
