The building alone was worth seeing even If you were not staying at the hotel. The interior was very cool and offered a unique experience to our stay, i feel like this hotel could have been in an Indiana jones or bond film. the buffet breakfast was also really good they had alot of options to choose from. the metro and bus station were reasonably close. They also had a gym and sauna which we didn't get to use, but was a plus.

The view from my room was amazing ! My room was very clean and big ! I'm a fan of K-drama and I loved staying in this place because it was starred on 'Crash Landing On You' .

To get to the nearest public transport you have to go through a lot of high stairs and narrow roads since the hotel is on a kind of hill. If you have difficulty walking or you are not very sporty then I would not recommend this hotel. But of course, you can easily get there by taxi.

The staff were lovely and the greatest asset of this hotel! Not only do they speak English but they are very friendly, helpful, and professional. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the waiters at the restaurant were so welcoming and attentive. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to illness but I loved my stay in Busan and the hotel looks amazing. The cleaning staff were also wonderful and the hotel smells so clean! I have been around the world and cleanliness is a big issue.

There was no bidet in the room and no Netflix available on TV. This is not essential but it would have been perfect if there was :)

What a cool hotel. Great place to stay. Very friendly and great staff (other than the bar). Easy check-in. Very comfortable rooms and nice beds. Carpets are a bit dirty, but great view and spacious rooms. Great location to walk to Busan Station, Metro, and restaurants, but it's on a hill, so don't carry your luggage up the hotel (take a taxi). Super fun place to stay at!

Staff at bar was rather unfriendly and did not match the great overall experience and the rest of the staff.

Beautiful decorated hotel, large room, everything as it should be

When we checked out this morning around 09.00 we asked you to phone a taxi to take us to Busan station. The Taxinumber you gave was 4692 . I have never before had such a rude taxi driver in Korea. He was very angry about the bags we had and we had to cross the street to reach the station. I could not open de door from the inside so he became more and more angry and was shouting and we had to take the bags out ourselves. This taxi driver was an absolute shame, and you as Commodore Hotels should be more careful which taxi you order for your guests. (My roomnumber was 718 and we stayed for 3 nights)

A really beautiful hotel and large room - and I think we were exceptionally lucky since we got a room at 14th floor with the corner balcony. Stunning view!!!

Could have been a liiittle closer to an area with shopping/food and general city/populated area. But reasonable walking distance to Nampo-dong and besides taxi is really cheap in Korea

We were happy with the room and the friendly reception. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast which has so much on offer!! The hotel is also within walking distance of the Metro which made it easy to get around. We stayed here 15 years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it then - it was interesting to see the modernisation of the lobby area which offers a bar for guests.

Unfortunately the pool was not available when we stayed as they only open on the weekend.

Stunning architecture inside and out. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great size room for 2 people. Excellent water pressure and shower hose , over bath, hand held if needed. Decent time frames for meals. Plenty of on-site car parking.

Aircon was a bit tricky, not working as well despite using it correctly. No luggage trolleys or staff to assist. Fine if travelling light , in our case we weren't!
