We stayed in a deluxe room with a sea view, which was lovely. You can even enjoy the view also from the bathtub! The room is spacious and equipped with everything you need. There is a CU convenience store on the ground floor of the building, which is handy. The location is also good, nearby the famous BIFF square where you can enjoy food and shops. The bed was very comfortable. There is a big TV with netflix.

Early check-in possible only foe a fee, even if rooms are available. This is strange (most hotels ws've been in are have been happy to provide room upgrades or early check in for free, provided that such are available).

The staff is very friendly and willing to help. My room was nice and had a view exactly as it was on the pictures, I really enjoyed the view

It’s easily to notice that the hotel was renamed multiple times - it created certain discomfort, when you see multiple logos everywhere. Also some things pretty old and need some small repairs. The toughest part was the elevators which go only to even and odd floors each - which obviously creates lines. Aircon doesn’t work in winter (but I could open the window), in summer - heater is not available. Also the windows are not fully adjusted, so the wind makes a lot of noise in upper floor

That it’s a walking distance 5-8 mins walk to Lotte Mall. 20-30 mins away from the airport. It’s convenient when the weather is raining. You still have a place to stay and hang out with if you don’t want to travel to places. The view is also spectacular either day time or night time. It’s 10 mins going to BIFF, Jagulchi/Gukje market via taxi. If you are a walker, you can actually walk for maybe 20 mins going to BIFF. The cleaners are great. Always change our towels everyday and give us bathroom toiletries and the complimentary water. The front desk can also speak English.

The bed is hard. Not comfortable for me. I need to keep tossing and turning through the night so my side won’t be numb or feel discomfort. Also the tv, didn’t work. No English translation, so we were not able to use it. If you’re a tourist and exploring Busan, you might want to stay to Heundai Area, that’s were the Lotte World Adventure, sky capsule, sea life and Heundai Beach. It’s 30-40 mins travel from this hotel via taxi. But if you don’t mind the travel then this a perfect hotel. The good thing about the travel too is no traffic.

We like that the bed is big, soft and really comfortable to sleep in. Some amenities will have so be purchased on site but otherwise shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap is provided. Also, there is a BBQ chicken place and convenience store inside the hotel so it is very convenient and it is only a walk away from Lotte Mall and Lotte Mart, bus stops and the subway.

1.There were scratches on the wall paper all over the room. 2. Our room has an area under the tv where its not fully blocked off so we get woken up early in the morning because light comes in easily.

Great location, good room and bathroom sizes and helpful staff! Free clothes washing and drying facilities which is very helpful for travellers!

The hotel only has three lifts and depending on which floor you were on, you could only use. During peak hours, the lifts were extremely busy and it took a long time to use the lifts. The rooms that faced the afternoon sun got very hot, and because the hotel only has central AC, you cannot cool the room down.

I like the location , clean and connecting rooms . I chose this property because it gave me the option to have a connecting room while others cant guarantee me that OR does not have the option.

The lift can get busy during weekend and morning check out timings.

Hotel lobby inviting with lots of natural light. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. View from the restaurant is amazing so is the breakfast buffet which we found good value for money. Room and bathroom very spacious, plus was the bidet. Short walk across the bridge to Lotte Mall.

Nothing, highly recommend this hotel.

The view is simply incredible and even more amazing from the rooftop garden. The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants in walking distance as well as metro and bus stations. All in all very good value for the price per night.

The building is generally in need of renovation.

Menu options were limited in the Restaurant menu.....But food was yummy Better working knowledge of English necessary for the hotel staff and at the reception.

Very good location... just at end of bridge crossing to Lotte Mall, Gwangbok-ro and nearby BIFF Square, Jagalchi market, Busan Tower and Yongdusan Park. Nice view too of Busan from Penthouse park and resto.

Hotel seems old, carpet not very clean and bathroom is tight
