I'll book the hotel again on my next visit to Jeju for sure. The staff was attentive and professional. The maids did a great job cleaning and providing towels and pet pads. The parking lot wasn't big enough, but it was not a big deal. The convenience store was a plus.

My only complaint was only two washing machines and two dryers available for the entire hotel. Making a long wait to do our laundry, or we have to use it during late hours.

We had a pet with us, and this room provided a bed and bowl for them. Beds were comfy, the room was spacious too, and they have a small convenient store at the lobby which can help with late-night cravings.

We booked the room for 2 people but they gave only one big towel, had to call them if they can send us one but they asked to come to the desk, we were dretched and tired to go down, wish they had put 2 in the room from the start if they knew the number already!

Good location, very stylish design of the hotel and the room, just feels nice to be there. I want to thank the reception manager who was at the reception on 3.-4. of May 2023 - when we just asked to call us a taxi to a Hallasan National Park, the gentleman had called the park, enquired about trail conditions, advised us not to go there (as it was raining and windy and trail was closed) and recommended another trail on the coast. It was a great day thanks to him!

The room with a view offers a great view of sea and harbour, but is facing the main road - it can be a bit loud. Small frustrating things in the room, as the bed had only had a lamp and a place to store your things on one side. On the other side, I needed to put all my things on the floor.

My stay at Heyy Seogwipo Hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It smelled divine and created such a great first impression! One of the best features of this hotel is that they have two buildings and you can choose to overlook the water or mountains depending on the type of room you book. My room overlooked the water and the view was just breathtaking. It was the perfect place to unwind and take in the natural beauty of Jeju Island. The style of the room was also exceptional. It was so minimalistic and sleek, with a modern and functional design that made the room feel spacious and comfortable. What's more, the general scent of the hotel was so amazing that my partner and I even asked them for the scent. It was truly a delight for the senses and added to the overall luxurious and relaxing feel of the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend Heyy Seogwipo Hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and relaxing experience on Jeju Island. The attention to detail, stunning views, and modern design all make for an unforgettable stay.

However, one thing to note is that the parking garage is free but pretty tight and scary because it's one-way and very steep. This may concern some guests, especially those with larger cars.

Everything was superb. The rooms had a great size, a nice view and were clean. The staff was super friendly and all spoke good english. One guy even helped us paying a parking ticket with his private bank account as we could not pay it with our foreign accounts.

We booked 5 nights, after stay for two nights, we decided extend 2 more night’s and get the hotel at Jeju City cancelled. We stay 8 days 7 nights for the entire trip. The ocean view room is a must and we love the scenery of the night view. The location is good, easy access and going all natural places. The Jeju airport bus no. 600 will stop at the bus stop in-front of the hotel, bus fare is 5000 won per trip, about 1.5 hour bus ride along the coast line. The hotel room is clean, neat and I love the white and wooden theme. Hotel staff are friendly and nice, although time to time may not able to communicate in English, with the translation apps helping is fine. The hotel facilitated with washing machine and water dispenser, we refill hot water to flask bottle, the hot water is helpful during the hiking in 10 degree celcius temperature. The stay is an excellent experience, value for money. Future if we plan return for hiking Hallasan mountain, we will definitely stay in Heyy. *the photo taken from the hotel room, ocean view.

Very clean and conveniently located hotel. The room sizing was comfortable and neat.

The very limited parking facilities meant that we had to park on the street all nights (not including the spots in front of the hotel) , the parking lot downstairs is so small and tight that we attempted it once and never again as we feared potentially damaging the car. The shower head was extremely small and not really adjustable. It made showering a bit more difficult than necessary. Besides these two things we enjoyed our stay.

The room was very spacious, had every facility that I needed and had a magnificent view of the ocean!! I also could park my rental car. Be sure to rent a car when you visite Jeju. It's the best way of transportation on the island. However the staff didn't speak very much English, that was no problem at all! If you give eachother time and patience you will get there eventually.

We thought that the value of the room was excellent - it was very affordable, the room was spacious and clean, the gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and spoke good English. The hotel was also a short walk (10min) to the Seogwipo olle market - definitely worth checking out.

The only thing we did not like was that the elevator did not go down to the parking lot level. So we carried our luggage up 1-2 floors to get to the lobby level where we could then take the elevator.

Central Location for anything you want in and around Seogwipo. Wheather its for the numerous waterfalls around the area. The forests, gardens, and trails located in and around Seogwipo. Also a 30 mins drive from Mount Hallasan if you want to hike it. Numerous places to eat and drink. Comfortable bed, with a quiet room. Great receptionist who can speak English and was very helpful. We had a hole in our initial room they gave us and we took a picture to show it to her and just to let her know that it was there before we got there. We weren't expecting anything, but she changed our room without even asking.

My only thing I didn't like was that our A/C was turned off after a certain time. I like to sleep with the A/C on, but it wouldn't turn on and I was hot.
