Big room, big and clean bathroom, laundry on site, breakfast for 12000 Won / person, big smart tv with Netflix

A/C was really loud, front desk didn’t speak English, couldn’t use the airport transfer because it was going to the domestic departure gate, but the international one is literally next door, so it didn’t make sense for us

Great location to walk to the airport. They offer a shuttle, but I believe it starts running at 6:30AM, and you have to reserve it. I say this having not tried to do so and not having asked them. We wanted to get to the airport by 6AM, and the walk was under 30 minutes and very easy. I read some reviews saying the mattresses were hard, and they were, but they were very comfortable for me and my dad, haha.

Honestly, the room was a little grubby (the bathroom smelled like booty) and bland, but it wasn’t a big deal as we were only sleeping there so as to make an early flight.

Super close to the airport, ideal for early morning flights. Unfortunately we didn't stay very long because of that early morning flight, but it was super comfy and convenient. One caution - there is another hotel in Jeju City called "Noblesse" but it is not near the airport and is much smaller. If the taxi driver says "don't worry, he knows the hotel," MAKE SURE you have the address correct or you might end up at the wrong one. Live and learn.

Proximity to airport. We were there for 1 night to catch our flight out of Jeju early morning. The hotel provides shuttle service from 6.30am earliest. I just pre-book via Bookingcom message and reconfirmed during checkin. Takes around 10 mins to airport, ample time for our flight at 9am. The room was also clean

The receptionist needs to use translator app to communicate in English. She understood english just need the app to reply.

- 5min drive from Jeju airport and lotte rental car - free shuttle bus to airport. We dropped off our rental car night before and took their 6:30am shuttle bus to airport. Make sure to book with reception when check in - heated floors. Controls inside wardrobe cupboard - strong shower pressure - on site CU convenient store self serve - plenty outdoor parking

- English instructions for CU self check out and tv. - if driving there watch out, hotel is located on super narrow two way lane.

I like the property with affordable price and I got many things in there such as shampoo, soap, conditioner, hot water. The bed is clean with 4 pillows (twin bed) and 1 pillow for single bed. The location is pretty close to the airport. I have early morning flight and I just walked away to the airport at 4 am only 20 minutes. Because the taxi from hotel couldn’t pick us at 4am, they just can pick me at 5am. So I decided to walked to the airport.

Water closet clogged when I had a bath. So you need to be careful.

Conveniently located close to the airport if you have an early flight (you can even walk there in about 30 min)

Even if the room was a triple, there were just two cups and we weren’t given a third (“you have to purchase it”). The staff is not friendly compared to other hotels in Korea

The room is generally clean and nice. The toilet is clean. Room is spacious and there are movable tables. There are toiletries provided. There are also plenty of carpark available. The free airport transfer is also a very big plus. The staffs were very nice, even though some of the staffs i met wasnt really good with foreign languages but was very willing to keep trying to understand and figure out what we wanted to ask.

There is no visual display for the air conditioning to show how cold it is. The remote was fuse with the TV remote. However, there is very limited control for the level of air conditioning in the room. It was a hot day and i had to go to the counter to make my room colder.

It was really close to the airport, which was great after a late flight from Seoul. The room was adequate and the view from the room was nice. There was lots of parking too and a convenience store in the lobby.

The beds were REALLY hard, even by Korean hotel standards. I've slept on softer floor mattresses (요).

Its very near to airport, 1-2 bus stop. Can go anywhere from its location, eastern or western side. Got convenient store near front desk.

Staff say no breakfast meal that we can avail even we want to pay additional. No nearby shops to eat.
