Great location near the airport and the water. We got clean towels and water everyday which was really nice and overall good choice for a few days trip. The Starbucks on the first level is even better

The room was so nice and spacious, it was great, and the bathroom was even better. Spacious beds too. The place was very clean too and it was right on top of a Starbucks. The staff was really friendly and helped us order a taxi for the airport the day before our departure. However, it's important to note that their English wasn't the best and we ended up having to communicate in Korean, which worked alright for us, but for others with no knowledge of the language, it could be a struggle. They were incredibly nice though. The check out was easy and covid-friendly, simply placing the key card in a basket. The location was gorgeous too and literally right by the ocean. Public transport is necessary though, if you want to get around the island and go sightseeing.

Didn't have breakfast, the location was great for our last night at Jeju. Altho it was not idea for going to restaurants, etc 'cause you have to drive there or take the bus. There are very few restaurants near the hotel.

The parking situation could have been more clear. When we got there, we didn't know where we can park because it was full. The staff could have been helpful with restaurants recommendations since they are local as we are not.

They were very friendly and the check-out time I had asked for was no problem. When it was time to depart they helped me get a Taxi, but as they were all booked out they drove me to the airport themselves and even helped me with the check-in. Thank you again for that. We also had a nice and friendly talk on the way. More than accommodating! As I've already seen many say here, the view was phenomenal, there is a Starbucks right downstairs and it is clean. I was missing nothing there.

That was more my fault, but it seems the lighting of the sign wasn't working and I only saw the "Starbucks", not the "Hotel White House" and had already forgotten that there was this Starbucks in the same building, when I arrived.

The hotel is well located (walkable distance from busier parts of the area). Short drive to Iho Tewoo beach. Starbucks on the ground floor. Spacious room to accommodate 3 people with comfort. Friendly staff.

The expected mountain view was not there (parking lot view instead). Hotel interior could benefit from some upkeep (such as cleaning the glass roof.

It’s just opposite the sea. You can enjoy the sea view just through the window. the suite have enough space and even have a small living room. It’s easy to take a bus whatever you want to go to the airport or the city centre and the staff is very helpful!

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Ample parking and good location near the airport. Water cooler to refill water.

Occasional noise from planes arriving and departing but not too bad

The location and view is top tier

The lobby! Everything about the building. Once u get in the room then it makes sense why it’s priced like that.

The proximity to the airport. It takes 20 minutes by taxi to get there. For an early flight, it's perfect. There is Starbucks downstairs to have an excellent breakfast or sweet time.

Near the airport means the sound of the plane every hour. With an ear plug, you can get efficient time to sleep well.
