Clean and stylish. Comfortable room.

On Booking.com it said that this place was only 1 kilometre from the airport, so we thought we could just walk there. We had to fly out the next morning so it was important for us to be close to the airport. In reality, the hotel was on the wrong side of the airport, so we had to take a 5 km taxi ride to go around the airport to get to the hotel. It was easy to get a taxi, but it was an extra cost that we hadn’t counted on.

We really liked the location. It's nearby the coastel area and you can see the beautiful act of waves dancing alongside the coast from your balcony. Clean, Room space wide enough, comfortable stay. Convenience store is right outside the turn 50m away. The staff lady was quite helpful ordering dinner when we got late.

No in house restaurant which is okay for us. But could be issue for others.

Could have had some tea provided in the room. Although the hotel is close to Jeju airport it's not actually that convenient or easy to get to Jeju airport as it's right around the other side of the airfield and runway to the airport terminal building so you need to get taxis or public transport. A shuttle service would make a lot of sense and be very helpful.

I like the location as it is not far from the International Airport. Pampas Hotel is near to Yongduam Rock. I visited Jeju during winter and the mattress is really comfortable. The receptionist is helpful even though they speak little English. Ample parking space some more with super reasonable price per room.

When I came in to the hotel, there was a really warm welcome because of the nice staff. You could also store your bagage really well when it was to early to check in. The room was really big and had enough space, the bed slept really good for me.

The room was really noisy and you could hear the planes departing from the airport, you could also hear the rooms next to you and the hallways really good. The bathroom didn't look that nice anymore and the finishing of the room wasn't really good.

Hotel was nice and specious, a little old but definitely wasn’t bothered by it. Bed was super nice and big and a nice view on the sea. Location was super with a few fun/cute cafes and restaurants nearby. Bus stop close by too that can quickly bring you into the village. Staff was very helpful when our door wouldn’t open one night and was quick to fix it.

Not a big thing but there wan’t any cleaning in the room. Everyday we’d get a bag hung onto our door with new towels, toiletries etc :)

The room was big with a great bed. Even from the third floor there was a sea view. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, and CU convenience store. The hotel is situated by the seashore line which looks amazing both day and night. There's easy access from the airport and about 20 minutes by bus to Iho Tewoo Beach.

It's quite noisy because you can hear departing airplanes but after a few times I get used to that sound.

Reasonably close to the airport, suitable for a quick night stay if you are touching down at night, before heading out! It's close to the rainbow coastal road and has a bit of a seaview. Staff were helpful and check in was smooth

Nice view. Walking distance to beach is short. You can get everything just by walking around. Most importantly it is near to airport. I enjoyed my stay there. The sea view was superb and tranquil. Staff overall provide awesome support.

The only drawback is that, the facilities were kinda old especially the toilet. But overall i think it's good choice if you plan for to stay near airport and city.

The hotel was near the airport so it was very convenient for our departure to Seoul. The hotel was clean, the facilities were good and the room was so beautiful.

It’s not about the hotel but rather about the surrounding. There are not so much activities to do around. It’s better to go down the island or inland.
