Spacious big room. We requested for 2 single bed and a double bed and it was arranged. 2 towels per guest are given every day. Glass door to partition shower from toilet.

1. Making of room is only once every 3 days. And had to be requested. We stayed for 4 nights. We thought it would be automatic on the 3rd day and din request. It would be better to tidy the room based on the number of nights. Example for our case, since we stayed for 4 nights, the room should be cleaned after the second night. 2. It was soundproof from neighboring rooms but not from room above us. We could hear the stomping footsteps from the room above us. 3. Only 2 cups and no teaspoon provided at first. Upon asking, 2 more cups and 1 teaspoon were sent. Maybe miscommunication.

The premises of the resort was very clean and well maintained. There was a self-serve laundry room and even a gym that was clean and not crowded. The room was very spacious and there was a big bathroom and even a balcony with a decent view even from a room on the 2nd floor. The toilet had self-flushing function similar to Japanese toilets. Exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. Generally felt very safe around the area despite it being not very well lit outside of your room around the resort.

It felt like the previous guest for my room had just moved out before I came in because there was still water in the kettle when I moved in and there was a strand of hair in the plastic cup that was provided in the bathroom. The lamps in the room were not plugged in and the cables were hung loosely around the lamps - not a big deal because the room was well lit, but it did take away from the overall finished look you'd expect from a hotel/resort. There was no socket near the bed. Not very near bus stops - can be quite tiring if you don't have a car because there is no sheltered walkway to the nearest bus stop.

This resort was a great place to unwind. The spacious room and peaceful atmosphere made my Jeju experience even better. My stay here is during the cherry blossom season. Hence, we got a beautiful views when we open our door. Since I rented a car, the location was perfect for exploring different parts of the island.

In a cold winter at Jeju of about 1 and 2 degs at night, I feel so warm and comforted especially as the flooring is heated, and surprisingly the bathroom floors too! Imagine going to the toilet in the middle of the night, you are stepping on warm floor. The rooms are large, TV too, there is a balcony that basically looks out into the sea, it was too cold and windy for us to stand outside to appreciate. One minus point, this location is definitely very out of town, you require a car to get there. You can actually park your car right outside your room, which is truly a rarity. There is also a convienence store within the hotel, in case you're hungry or thirsty, its super helpful.

The room was so much bigger than expected. It was like the icing on a cake after our hike up Mount Hallasan. The guy at the convenience store was extremely helpful in guiding us on how to heat up the food we bought.

Big room. Staff was very patient. We needed some things and they tried their best to provide.

No coffee provided. Only tea. The electric car charger was really slow. But we can charge overnight so no issue.. :-)

The resort is spacious and being in the outskirts of Soegwipo, has very quiet surroundings. The view from our room in block B was not bad either as we could see the seashore over the top of block A. initially we were concerned about transportation as we did not have a car, but with the Kakao T app booking taxis was quite easy. The resort seems to operate with a skeletal crew, but they were helpful esp. the elderly gentleman who oversaw the restaurant operations during breakfast.

The blocks are not connected, so it was a bit inconvenient to go to-and-fro the reception esp. in the rain but not too bad. Breakfast was not included and given the location, the only realistic choice was to buy breakfast coupons every day.

Great value, big rooms with a nice look out on the ocean.

The hotel was in the middle of what looked like an entire complex of failed and half completed hotels.

The room was very spacious and the property was very beautiful. Had a good view of seogwipo city and some of the oreums around the area. Central location so no matter which side of the island you are exploring it's fairly reachable.
