It was my second time in this hotel. Since the first stay was awesome, I came back! Really nice hotel in Myeongdong! It had everything I was looking for. Very comfortable bed, fridge, kettle. Room was nice and big, same with bathroom. Everyday clean towels. A hotel where you can open the window which I loved at night time! Staff was speaking English and was friendly and helpful at all times. I was able to leave my luggage for a few hours after check out since my flight departure was late in the evening. My room was (again! lol) 801. All in all, I would recommend the hotel and will be back yet again! Thank you very much!

For my 2nd stay I had the exact same room (which is not bad but I can compare to the first stay here lol): The outlets near the bed were (mostly) working this time but they were still confusing to me. They are a combo of EU and US outlets (I think) and I just didn't understand them.

The outlets near bed weren't really working. Sometimes they did but often times they did not. Since there was another outlet in room, it was okay with me. Also, the air conditioner was weird and one day it just stopped working. That's when I found out I was able to open the window lol (okay it was in November. I thought the hotel staff turned it off altogether since... it was November. But it still got quite warm during nights. The open window was the best option for me tbh. But it got me questioned if it was something I should consider when go on vacation during summer months since it usually is hot and humid in South Korea).

I loved the location of the hotel. We were surrounding by shops, restaurants, and street food. Also walking distance to everything we needed-- church, subway, bus. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Seoul and will recommend to family and friends. The staff spoke English and was very patient and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Nothing to complain about.

We love the location of this hotel as it was near the subway station and near the Myeongdong street. There was also a washer and dryer, and a GS25 downstairs so if we needed to do laundry or buy something those places were literally downstairs outside the lobby. The place is clean and staff were very friendly! If your flight comes in earlier than the check in time, you’re able to leave your luggage in the lobby. We will definitely be booking this place again when we come back! :)

Savoy Hotel's location is a bonus if one wants to stay in Myeongdong. Room is small. Shopping is convenient. Subway stations are nearby. Will be a bonus to guests if hotel room has a portable foot massager. It is a super investment, does not cost a bomb. Most guests will be very tired after visiting places and they need foot and body massage.

the room is very small. Check out is too early. Check-in late, have more part-time workers to clean and tidy room, Check-in should be at 2.00 p.m.

Location good. In the heart of Myeongdong shopping street.

Mentioned that toiletries provided but they did not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste and shaver. Room size ok but no view. Block by a building few metres away. Toilet choked middle of the 1st and dirty waste overflow on toilet floor. Glad that they fixed it next morning. Price a bit expensive maybe due to location.

Location location location! If you are looking for a place to stay at Myeongdong area, you can't go wrong with Savoy Hotel. Hidden but very strategic. The station is less than 100m away and there's convenient store just outside. Amenities are basic but does justice to my short stay. The mirror in our bathroom suddenly fall off (probably due to the extreme low temperature outside) but the staff at the hotel was helpful and quick to clean it. Thank you , kamsahabnida.

My only set back was they aren't efficient in responding to messages in the booking.com platform. I had to wait for weeks then months, and only getting responses few days before my check-in date.

The huge step to enter the bathroom was a challenge for me as I have bad knees. The low sink was not good as I had to bend extra low. I am 1.63m tall. Other than that I really love your hotel and would recommend it to anyone who plans to holiday in Seoul!

Location is very good. Very near to bus and subway stations. Right in the centre of touristy interested areas.

The room was a little smaller than expected. The A/C-Heater unit was a little noisey when it turned on but still acceptable.

Great location. Staff is very polite and try to be as helpful as possible. I stayed in 2 different types of rooms on 2 occasions and if you are unlucky you can end up by the street and it can get very noisy.

Small upgrade needed, plugs on both sides of the bed would be great. Overall, I recommend!
