The staff were very professional and friendly The grounds were beautiful and spotless.

Our room 272 was disappointing, I would not regard it as a sea view considering what we paid for it. I also didn't think changing us a daily rate to use the safe was necessary. Either add it to the room rate or don't charge, its not as if it costs you anything for us to use it. A better wine selection in the bar would be good.

Food buffets for half board- breakfast and dinner were amazing- so many different types of food and very tasty. Friendly staff. Lots of different pools and great entertainment for children. Nice piano bar where live music was played.

Could have had more sun parasols by the loungers next to the pool but in the end we tended to go inside when it was really hot so less of a problem. Would have been ideal to have air conditioning in the gym and a rowing machine but otherwise perfectly adequate gym with static bikes, running machine, cross trainer and some weights.

Overall it's a beautiful resort. Some of the decor is a bit dated and worn , but the lobby, bar area and restaurant as well as the pool areas are very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner and thought that it was excellent value. It's a good family destination with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, lovely waterviews with a little shopping centre close by. I would be happy to stay there again.

I thought the bed was very uncomfortable and I didn't have a good first night. After talking to the front desk manager, I was offered a mattress topper which worked really well.

Hotel was excellent - great pool area and lots of sunbeds. Very clean and staff were friendly. Entertainment every night. La Caleta is only 5 mins walk and has many excellent restaurants with views over the sea - definitely worth going up there.

Several little things could have been better, although this didn't detract from the overall experience. For instance, having to pay €3 a day for the room safe seems petty for a 4 star hotel. And there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. And, although we had checked in online, it still took a long time for us to check in at the hotel. Overall the food was good, with lots of variety but some dishes were a little cold and there could have been more 'specials' each day - fresh fish, cooked meats etc. There should also have been spare cups and cutlery available at breakfast - everyone just ended up taking them from other tables, which is inconvenient for all guests. Finally, the water aerobics was held indoors - not the same as an outdoor experience!!

This was our first visit to Tenerife and couldn't have picked a better hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained. There were enough pools and activities for the kids to enjoy while we rested and soaked in the sun. We went for half board and were very impressed with the spread which kept on changing everyday. The pool tables, table tennis table and small arcade room are nice touches. The staff at the reception were very helpful and always attended to you with a smile. The waiting staff at the restaurant were good and had a few superstars like Julian Peres and Bryan who went above and beyond to deliver a good service. Their manager a person called Alberto who stands at the entrance to the restaurant however was not a pleasant character. Let's just say he acts like someone who has lost interest in the job and does not care about customers. You realize that it just takes one person to spoil your stay but luckily his staff came to the rescue.

The pool & sun beds facing the sea were so beautiful. Loved the cold pool and the rosẽ! The layout of the hotel was nice and spacious, the entertainment in the evening was fun!

The privilege area! Booked this property based on some photos online only to discover on arrival we couldn’t access these areas for example the rooftop pool, this was annoying! Being charged for the pool towels is unnecessary. Don’t like wearing a hotel band (tan lines) Found the staff to be a mixed bag! Some nice some not so nice!

Good food, good facilities especially the entertainment and beauty department Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had a partial sea view as requested but the room looked directly onto a rough ground area with diggers on it. Disappointed for the extra cost of the room. Also my sons had a double bed instead of two single beds but were moved to a different room on day 2 as requested. Some staff in the restaurant were unhelpful and unfriendly in the hotel. One day we were told not to sit on a table for five as we were four but then the table did not get used. This was a bit uncomfortable.

The heated infinity pool was great as were all the other pools, no problem getting sun lounger’s, breakfast was of good quality and variety was great also, I didn’t have any evening meals as we like to go out and sample the atmosphere of the island, staff were very friendly and helpful, I would definitely go back again.

I’m from Dublin and the price of alcohol can be expensive at home, so I did buy a Jack Daniel’s and coke and a Havana Club 7 and coke ( both of the coke’s were just a dash of coke not bottled coke) anyway the I thought it was a bit expensive totally €23, it’s cheaper in most establishments in expensive Dublin

The lobby and piano bar were great to relax as v spacious. Great evening entertainment in the piano bar. Infinity pool was anazing. Plenty of seating and toilet facilities near pool. Great animation team. Belinda near reception car hire desk great for excursions. Restaurant tables outside nice atmosphere. Great food choices.and lovely waiting staff v attentive Sara, Elizabeth, Magby. Fridge in room and great english channels.

No kettle in room. Reception not great at giving directions.
