Facilities excellent, rooms spacious, on arrival the staff were friendly & helpful, we were made to feel very welcome The room was nicely decorated with some added floral touches Room service daily All the staff were excellent especially when we had an issue with our blinds and pool lights The hotel restaurant served an extensive breakfast and freshly made egg dishes were excellent! Evening meals were lovely esp enjoyed the BBQ on the terrace Only problem in the evenings was lack of atmosphere due to lack of people and also lack of fresh vegetables to complete the dishes - only wok fried veg available which was a bit greasy - some lovely steamed veg would have been nice I would not choose half board as variety of food - 4 beef dishes on one menu for example - was lacking - 2/3 nights was ample

Unfortunately for this hotel they are situated on a main road and the traffic noise was constant and we were also over the garage gate! It was a shame as we loved the property and the staff

Royal Gardens Villas is hands down the best place we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, every detail was just out of this world. The luxury and elegance of the hotel surpassed our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the exquisite dining experience, was simply impeccable. We were truly blown away by the level of service and the overall experience at Royal Gardens Villas. It is a true gem and we cannot wait to return.

Despite the underground car park being a little tight, we were able to find a spot without much trouble. It was a small inconvenience, but it didn't dampen our overall positive experience.

Probably the best hotel i have every stayed in - and i have stayed in many. Down to the smallest details - everything was perfect! The plants, artefacts, seating - even the smell of the hotel was amazing. The breakfast was perfect, they catered to whatever i asked for ... and provided little treats like churros. The highlight however was the live violinist and a harp player over the weekend - playing the BEST selection of songs. The sauna and swimming pool provided a nice escape and kept clean. It's a proper boutique hotel - with the limited number of villas it felt like home. Fiona the manager was very friendly - we met her at breakfast and she made sure to check in on us - she would have breakfast with the guests as well. Such a wonderful peaceful escape from craziness which exists in other parts of tenerife. It's a pricey hotel for most, i decided to treat myself - im soo glad it was worth every penny!

Hotel was lovely, breakfast was good, comfy beds, everything that you would need in the villa, prices were not out of the way for the minibar and room service. Spa was so relaxing. Very private hotel.

Had to get taxis everywhere, room was beside a busy road so noise was an issue. Also they are building at one side of the hotel so more noise , this wasn’t told to us before we booked. On the last day the builders were putting scaffolding up and we were actually overlooked by them in our private pool area. Maybe i should have asked for another room from the start then this would not have been an issue but i feel that at this price point the rooms beside the builders should not have been let out.

Lovely suite with cute outside area and private mini-pool. Enjoyed sitting in partial shade reading for much of our stay in November. The main pool was lovely as was the spa. We used the small gym a couple of times it was a bit limited but fine. We walked into the nearest village each night to eat and drink. We used the nearby golf range and golf course, both good facilities for us as beginner/intermediate golfers.

The walk into town is 25 minutes along quite a main road. On arrival it is very difficult to find the entrance: get a bigger sign!

We were seeking complete privacy and seclusion, and the villa we were allocated afforded is this alongside plenty of space. The staff are kind and very accommodating - my mother forgot some medication and went to seek help from reception. Not only did they reassure her that a doctor would check her prescription but they even got the medication themselves to give to her.

This was not an issue for us, but fellow travellers should be aware that any shops or restaurants you may wish to visit are a taxi ride or long walk away.

The staff were amazing. We stayed in the Gran Royal Duchess Villa which is worth the money. We were there two nights and had breakfast on one morning. The last day we left early so reception arranged for our breakfast to be delivered to our room the night before so we didn't miss breakfast. Excellent service overall. The buffet breakfast was brilliant. Lots to choose from and was a lovely setting. We listened to a lady playing the harp while we ate which was brilliant. SHe was very talented and played a variety of songs. The kitchen in the villa was well stocked with all you need. The bath was lovely and big and a nice touch were candles beside the bath The decor throughout the hotel was exceptional A surprise we found the pool lite up and night and changed colour We would highly recommend this hotel

Nothing the hotel was brilliant and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We left relaxed which was the reason for our stay there.

A hidden gem. Sat behind a large wooden door lies an oasis of calm. Designed by its owner an architect and interior designer it’s cleverly laid out and the villas are wonderful.

The pool is small and underpins the exclusive nature of the property as the villas also have their own pools. We sometimes had to go and find a member of the staff team to get a drink or a snack around the pool , just because it’s a small team who are busy.

A great place to stay if you like a villa with the added bonus of 5 star hotel service. The villa was perfect for two people - a lovely sitting room, bedroom, glorious bathroom and a good kitchen. The plunge pool and terrace were great - we had sun all day. Good towelling robes and slippers. Great coffee machine, free water, big fridge.

Minor things...but USB ports around the villa, particularly beside the bed, please. Extra sockets in the kitchen - not possible to plug in the kettle and the coffee machine at the same time. Struggled to work out the various light switches - not obvious. Maybe slightly better lighting in the bathroom.
