Breakfast served on upper terrace with beautiful views . Cooked and served by host . In addition there was a good choice of breads, meats and cheeses together with yogurt , fruit and cereal

Everything exceeded expectations and we hope to arrange a return visit. Villa situated 15-20 minute walk down hill to a few restaurants /bars. Taxis available if you don’t fancy the walk back up .

Really good location especially if you have a car as you can travel easily to any part of the island. Super friendly hosts where nothing was too much trouble. Perfectly heated pool and clean comfortable surroundings. Excellent breakfast. Everything we could have wished for. Thank you 😃

Manu & Sneji were super friendly & fantastic hosts. The villa is beautiful & the bed is the best we've ever slept in! Breakfast was delicious, perfect eggs & great continental selection 10/10 we didn't want to leave! We would highly recommend villa boutique.

Not being able to stay longer.

Excellent location with quiet neigborhood. Nice sea view, spacious and clean comfortable rooms. We had breakfast included, which was excellent. Very friendly and caring staff, always ready to help you in any questions you might have.

Classy location and wonderful people. A relaxing vacation with everything on hand that we need. Manu and Sneji are the nicest of host’s. We will be back to enjoy the amazing view once again.

Everything was perfect

There was unfortunately very little we liked about the property, please see the negatives.

We have just returned from a week at this accommodation and we experienced some major challenges with the property. 1. The MAJOR issue is that the owners and their children live ON SITE. Not nearby, not in a separate part of the property, IN THE VILLA WITH YOU. You can hear them walking up and down the stairs, you see their children wandering around, they sit out at the pool on the outdoor furniture and work on their laptops, it is like living in the villa with another family that we do not know. One evening the owner walked around the pool in his pants!!! It is NOT exclusive hire of the property. 2. The owner photographed our children in the pool. It made us very uncomfortable. The second time it happened my husband asked him to stop. Instead of apologising he just said ‘ok’ and he walked off. 3. The villa is covered with cameras, both inside and out, we were not clear what was being recorded or how it was being stored. 4. You are not permitted to bring your own alcohol or drinks. You have to use what they provide. They have stocked the fridge so full of their beers, soft drinks, wine and cava there Is no room for your own and you have to pay their fees. A can of coke was 2.50 Euros and a bottle of wine 25 Euros, a stark contrast to the cost of wine at the super market! 5. The kitchen is so poorly stocked you are unable to cater there. There are no chopping boards, 3 mugs, 6 plates and bowls (for 16 people!), no bread knife, no cheese grater, no drainer, 1 tea towel, no oven, a microwave that does not work, no toaster. 6. There were many things missing that are advertised as available: dishwasher was broken, there are no laundry facilities, there are no playstations, no ironing facilities, no bath, no oven, broken microwave. 3 bedrooms didn’t have A/C. 7. There are flies EVERYWHERE, all day, whether you are near food or not. At breakfast they do not cover the food so you are obliged to help yourself to food that has been covered with flies!
