First of all. The hotel is amazing, like others from this chain (stayed also at another in Orlando, USA). The room (Silver apartment) was big enough for a family of 2 + 2. The bathroom had a shower and a bathtub and two sinks which allowed two people to toilet at the same time. Breakfasts were amazing - the choice is indescribable, starting with chilled Cava, very good Nespresso coffee (capsules), ending with fresh fruit. Everything fresh and in the fresh air (if you prefer, you can do it inside). Most importantly - 3 heated pools! The water in the pools was warm - like in the middle of summer. At each pool there was a DJ who played the best music. During the day there were several bars to choose from. In the evening there were two restaurants to choose from. I definitely recommend it!

Hotel is modern and new. Food is awesome. Staff and service highest level. Very clean. Huge plus is that all pools are heated. They are not very deep, but that's fine. Roof top bar 16th is just amazing. Best chill place in Tenerife!

If you are travelling with children, keep in mind that regular room is just one open area. Which is not very convenient. Strange that they do not renew drinking water bottle every day. Beach - if you can call so - not really great. But we were happy to stay by the pools. I would expect more shows. Main stage by the beach pool was closed. We were in neighbor hotel (Roca Nivaria) previous year. To compare, both had cons and pros. Food is better in Hard Rock. Entertainment and areas for children better in Roca Nivaria. Hard Rock was mostly British visitors, Roca Nivaria more Germans. Choose what you prefer more. I choose Brits :) In the end Hard Rock is better for couples without children and Roca is more friendly to children and I think little cheaper.

The hotel is pretty nice, looks good and has indeed a rock and roll feeling about it. The pools are nice (when the water was actually heated), the food is good although it has a little bit of an industrial taste (probably because it is a big hotel and there are a lot of guests). We really enjoyed the cleanliness, and the fact that the daily cleaning was done discreet and fast. The staff was helpful, especially the guys at the entrance, who were flexible when you wanted to park your rental and load it up with kids and all the stuff.

Overall, it doesn't feel like a 5* hotel, although it probably ticks all the boxes on paper. It was also a bit pricy for the things you got. Our feeling was that the main goal is to get money off of guests, not necessarily to provide a nice experience. You pay 1000+ EUR for 6 nights and they charge you 12 EUR for parking a day. You want to drink a bottle of wine in your room, it costs 12 EUR to "rent" 2 wine glasses. I get profit is the goal, but you can do it with a little bit more style. The Lagoon pool heating stopped working for a couple of days without no one even doing anything about it. We also found a couple of sharp screws in one of the pools (probably from some repair work) and we did take them to the Reception. We will be back in Tenerife, but for sure not at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Hard Rock. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice, peaceful balcony that had a partial view of the sea where we'd watch the sun set in the evenings. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and had pretty much everything you'd need without ever having to leave (if you're into that). Loads of food options throughout the day and some entertainment in the evening. The Bose speaker in the room was a nice addition. We were a couple and the hotel felt very family-focussed, which was fine as there were plenty of adult-only options if you wanted to escape the kids. The pools could get a little crowded but we always managed to find sun beds.

While I appreciate it's a rock hotel, the music by the pool often felt a little intrusive if you just wanted to read or relax. It also felt like some of the restaurants were understaffed, as many were unavailable in the evening, or had limited serving staff. However, the food was always good and the staff attentive.

Juraj is also very entertaining and participative for little ones. These musicians made it worthy every second!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Tenerife. The suite was very spacious, with a super comfortable bed and a sofa bed for the kids. We especially enjoyed the bubble bath in the room and the amazing view. The hotel amenities were fantastic – our 10-year-old spent most of his time at the youth club, enjoying video games, DJ classes, and other fun activities. Our younger child loved the mini golf. Breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of good options to choose from. Most importantly, all the staff were extremely helpful and always welcoming with a smile.

The only downside was the pool – it felt too small and too crowded. If you are planning to do morning swim training, this may not be the ideal place.

We found a fantastic array of entertainment options. Our child loved the kids and teens club, along with the football and basketball fields, mini golf, and the lively heated swimming pools with DJs. For us, the rooftop bar was a highlight, the live concerts each evening were wonderful, and the sports bar was ideal for watching Champions League matches.

Despite the abundance of restaurants within the complex, the quality of the food was merely average. What truly stood out, however, were the unjustifiable drink prices for guests not on the all-inclusive package. It was astounding to find them more expensive than in Switzerland, especially when identical drinks were available for a third of the cost right outside the complex.

The stuff were kind and helpful, nice see view, location was good, clean room, music concert in the evenings.

- cuisine was almost the same each day, no diversity. In one day, shrimps were spoiled. - big dissapointment: price for drinks during dinner and on the rooftop. Only 2 beers: Heinikien and Despedaro. The cheapest and not tasty wine 9 euro glass. Cocktail ia around 18 euro. It is overpriced. - Swimmingpools are very small. - no good beach nearby. Recomendation is to rent a car. For those who like sandy beach, go to the beach Playa del duque, 15 min by car.

Very pretty and comfortable and I enjoy the shows.

The steak restaurant and the Mexican restaurant we’re not really good. I had a great meal at an Italian restaurant on the street.
