Very well equipped and comfortable villas on a well maintained complex. Pool, bar and games area were lovely too. Decent but small selection of local bars and restaurants. Close to some shops too. Staff - Maria at reception especially- were helpful and patient - English speaking.

Could do with a little more privacy in gardens but we weren’t bothered. AC is in lounge area only so bedrooms can be hot even with fan supplied. Area is quiet - bars close at 11 and you’d not get away with partying after sun goes down on the complex if that is your style. Local beach has a bar, restaurant and parasols, but NO beds. You’ll need to drive or bus to best beaches.

Spotlessly clean villa. Excellent facilities. However one air-conditioning unit in the living room and none in the bedroom. It could be warm in the bedroom in the summer months without air conditioning. The new operators of the restaurant are trying hard but it did not seem to be supported by the residents when we were there. Very few people there. Our Villa overlooked the restaurant. Wonderful to have a heated swimming pool and excellent sunbeds. If using a coach transfer to get to and leaving the complex be aware that the coach drops off 150 m from the entrance. There is uncertainty about the pick up location. For us we went to the “arch” and flagged down the coach for pick up. This was because the main road entrance to the town must pass that way and we were confident we would meet our coach transfer by being there. None of the complex staff was sure of exactly where the pick up would be. This is a quiet town and there are many excellent restaurants to choose.

During our stay we liked the complex and the excellent facilities. However this has nothing to do with the complex but we were made aware of examples of pickpockets and petty crime in the town. Indeed we saw a woman in distress having had her handbag stolen at 11 o’clock in the morning close to the beach. Unfortunately, crime like this probably exists in many tourist resorts. My comment is not intended to be a criticism of the town but made in order to let visitors know the situation.

Lovely villa Clean, comfortable and well equipped Could build up better as individual barbecue and large pool towels available from Reception En suite and additional bathroom Well aware of location so hired a car for one day to visit supermarket to save walk uphill regularly.

Only downside not for us but as leaving a family advised they had been burgled during night while asleep. Came in through front door. Had not used safety deposit box. Reception did not seem interested. A lot of security cameras around however

The vacation was great! The staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make us happy - they allowed us to check out later as our flight was in the evening, for which we would like to thank them. The area is quiet and peaceful - perfect for couples or those who appreciate peace and quiet. The conditions in the house are very good, everything is clean and tidy. We were completely satisfied with our vacation and would gladly come again if possible!

We loved our stay. The apartment was cosy and felt like home. It was equipped with the basics but we came prepped and so were able to make breakfasts and dinners with no issues. The restaurants in the area are a hit and miss (and not much of a choice) so cooking at home was our preferred choice. The kids pool was heated which was great for the little one.

We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the apartment however the pictures felt were slightly 'improved' and gave an impression the recreational area with the pool will be bigger. The restaurant was closed on our last morning (we missed a poster that was put up somewhere) so it's worth checking ahead in case intending to use

The property was nice and clean, with the bungalow we were in spacious. Two good sized bedrooms, living room and kitchen and two bathrooms, all in good condition. There was terraced area with an outdoor dining table and sun loungers. If you don’t fancy going to the beach or pool, this is perfect. The pool too is of a good size. Plenty of free car parking outside as well. The location is good, only a short walk to centre of the resort and the beach.

The property’s bar/restaurant was not open, but perhaps this was due to the time of our visit (January).

I stayed 10 nights with my family, and we loved to stay here. In 10 nights, they provided 2 times cleaning service, including charging bedsheets and towels.The Sweeming pool area was also very clean and staff were very friendly. The location was amazing. 10-15 minutes drive to Sime Park and Jungle Park. If you want to relax and just enjoy a quiet place, I highly recommend Ona Sueno Azul. Thank you for the amazing time .

A large and cozy house with a personal terrace.Everything was clear,convenient location to the nearest beach 800 meters,there are shops and cafes nearby.Friendly staff who are happy to help with your requests.A quiet place for a good holiday for a couple and family.There is also an excellent swimming pool on site and a bar-restaurant.There were no problems even with overnight check-in.Beautiful and well-kept area,we liked everything.

A very clean, good sized 3 bedroom chalet with 2 bathrooms within a walking distance of a beach and restaurants. Just enough crockery/cutlery for a family. The area around pool is clean but not particularly attractive; the pool was heated, but still relatively cold.

Only one wifi code per person for free; seems a bit mean in this day and age. Having access to the car is important - there is not a lot to do in the vicinity.

The resort is located in a highly desirable location, with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and shops, all situated within a few minutes' walk. We were particularly impressed with the resort's swimming pool, which was well-maintained and offered a refreshing break from the sun's heat. The villas were impeccably clean, and their furnishings were modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the small garden located at the back of each villa was a serene spot to relax and unwind with a cup of coffee or your favourite beverage. What's more, the staff members, particularly the ladies at the reception desk, were approachable, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us with our requests.
