Was not happy there was no swimming pool but new that . We got told we could use nearby swimming pool but it was 15 mins walk .it was called tropcial hotel. There was no entertainment for kids

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, set right on the cliffs, offering breathtaking views of the sea. Our apartment was directly facing the cliffs, which made for a truly romantic and memorable experience. The area around the hotel is peaceful and charming, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. What really stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to help me plan a surprise for my fiancé’s birthday, arranging a cake and champagne in the room. Special thanks to Margaret and James, and to the entire team for all their support and care. We are truly grateful and can't wait to come back!

Everythig was perfect !

The beds is SO terrible it’s like concrete! One night in that bed and I needed pills for my back the rest of the days of my holiday - really a shame that it is SO bad, because it is so important for your vacation that you sleep well, so if you get new beds then the hotel will be absolutely perfect. The pool is perfect and everything outside is perfectly clean. Our room was only cleaned one day out of 4 that’s not ok. The view is amazing over the sea and there is lots of sunbeds. We got coffee and cake at the restaurant by the pool, not worth the money. It’s in a little town, I will find it a little bit boring if I didn’t have a car.

Average complex with warm water in swimming pool. Rooms nice and clean. Easy checkin/checkout. Lifeguard always in charge, so we can relax when kids stay in water.

Our room located near restaurant and opposite staff lockers so we can hear all noise on evenings and mornings. Someone smoke outside. Windows just the same level as public sunlounge area, everyone can see us no privacy at all. We don't have any good view of the windows, just hall and sunlounges. Hall is very cold and windy, we have fever for few days. To book again more like no than yes.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. From Reception to restaurant, all the staff were amazing and always went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Pool Is clean, well maintained and lifeguards there all day. Location is good, nice walk to the next town. Locally you have access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and pharmacies.

The location of the facility is great. The place is well connected with the rest of the island by bus lines, which makes it possible to visit other tourist spots. Everyone is friendly, communicative and ready to help. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and you will find everything you need (even more). The food in the restaurant is great! The pool is clean and has accompanying amenities (water slide, billiards). In addition, you can choose whether you want to sunbathe by the pool or with a view of the ocean. During my stay, I noticed that people keep coming back after their first visit and become permanent guests over the years. I hope so do I.

I can't answer this question because everything was brilliant

We have just come back from a great short break here (4 nights). The hotel is lovely and the rooms were immaculate. We used both bars/restaurants while we were there and the service, food and drinks were all superb. The views from 'the edge' bar were unbelievable. We will definitely return again :)

Only one real grumble and I am being mega picky - when you arrive you get a voucher for a towel that you can collect from the lifeguard. After the second day we went the lifeguard and asked him to change the towel, he said we needed to ask reception which we did. It turns out that you only get one beach/pool towel per week. In previous hotels we have stayed it you can exchange them at the end of each day...as I say its the only thing I can think of that wasn't perfect!

All the staff (with one miserable exception) were very professional, friendly and helpful. The accommodation and facilities were exceptionally well maintained and clean - lots of staff at work from early morning, throughout the day keeping the property in excellent condition. Lovely pool, plenty of sunbeds and sun terrace space, two bars, a restaurant and a decent cafe. Excellent position on top of the cliffs for sea-gazing and for watching the sun set and all the rooms have a sea view. Room cleaned and towels changed more often than we expected or honestly needed. We also liked that the property is linked to a charitable foundation to which it donates.

One miserable and depressing member of staff, who let the whole team down. Quite noisy at times - the kids pool splashing bucket feature outside our room would go in to some sort of cleaning or refresh cycle between 3 and 4 in the morning, which woke us up a few times. Not sure why it needed to be at this time.

Clean nice peaceful

Absolutely love Pearly Grey. Been visiting for over the past 20 years. Nice and chilled atmosphere in a quieter part of the Adeje area, but only a short taxi/bus ride to the bigger places. Enough bars and shops in Callao Salvaje but if you want more it's the perfect spot to travel to all the sightseeing places like Gigantes, Masca and Teide.

For some reason this year, the mattresses seemed very hard and uncomfortable and people eating in the restaurant being allowed to reserve tables in the bar on an evening seemed unfair. We had to sit outside or stand every time we wanted to watch the entertainment. Feel it should be first come first served in a bar. Never known this to happen until this year and there were quite a few disgruntled customers apart from us. For the past 3 years we have requested the 'S' apartments overlooking the Edge Bar. It's always been great, however this year it seemed unusually noisy, very early ( one morning around 6.30 am ) with the sound of scraping and banging on the deck above due to those moving around sunbeds and furniture. Not sure if this was staff or patrons getting the best spot for the day!
