Friendly staff, good parking, near a commercial center, ideal for last minute shopping

Location was excellent for us to walk to the commercial centre close by and have a drink and something to eat. Parking was essential and overall it was a good experience for a one night stay before going to the airport the next day. The breakfast was very good and adequate. Receptionists were exceptional and very helpful when I needed them to speak to the car parking company at the airport for me to tell them our ETA for dropping the car off. Would stay again as it's easy to get to.

The room was a good size as well the shower. Excellent service and housekeeping. Its location is out of Madrid, at 45 minutes, very quiet and safety area, close to a shopping center and next door supermarket. Twenty minutes walking to Renfe station, bus stop at the door.

I didn’t like the smoking area at the entrance of the hotel because of the smell.

The booking process was quick and easy and the price was very good. It was easy to find and it had good facilities. It was also within walking distance to shops and a petrol station for further needs. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Would use again, and recommend to friends and family. A++ experience.

We liked everything! We were very surprised by the high standard of this budget chain hotel. It exceeded our expectations. Also, it’s great that Lidl and Yashan supermarkets are within walking distance — very convenient!

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Quiet if the window was closed. Supermarkets close by. Friendly staff.

Location is out of town. The nearby indoor shopping centre was small, with not much choice of shops and restaurants. The grill restaurant beside the hotel is closed and derelict.

Great value for money for this hotel. The room was always spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel parking was also convenient. We will definitely be back next time.

It wasn't far to walk to nearby restaurants, but they are located in a commercial centre so very average food at expensive prices. For the better restaurants you need to drive into town.

Comfy beds and pillows. And it was very clean

It's located on the entrance of the city, so quite far from the city center. But we had the car and parking was not an issue, being a bank holiday in August

Helpful staff, quiet room (could have fresh air in at night). Ground floor (with dog) was really useful. Comfy bed. Good WiFi. Good breakfast.

Room could have been a bit bigger to accommodate the dog, but it was only a one night stay.
