Beautiful hotel, better than pictures. Such lovely people work there, has a cute little courtyard where you can chill or have breakfast. Plunge pool type think with chairs to read in. Old house that has been really nicely renovated. Our room was massive, lovely bedding and massive bed. Incredible value, would definitely stay again. Right in the middle of Arta so easy walk to restaurants and also 2 min walk from big car park. Had shower gel, hair dryer, lovely towels, tv, sitting area, desk etc. Just a lovely experience.

A fridge in our room would have been useful but there was a central kitchen/honesty bar where you could get essentials so not really a issue.

The town of Arta is lovely and the hotel is in a great location. Not far from the main street with little shops and boutiques and a short walk to the cathedral with great views of the town from the top. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast was great and offered a choice of eggs along side a choice of meats, fruits, breads, juices and pastries from the buffet. I had a massage while I was there which was incredible and felt so relaxed after. The little courtyard has a few sun loungers and small plunge pull and an added bonus of two little tortoises plodding around on the grass. The honesty bar was a great touch and reasonably priced too. There are some great restaurants in the area worth asking the staff where they would recommend.

There were road works happening during our stay which meant a couple of mornings we were woken early and diffifult to find the route to the public car park if you are driving.

Small hotel with just 9 rooms in an old, stylish mallorquian townhouse. The breakfast is served from 8:00 with a large selection of choices. We enjoyed especially the varied local offerings. We used several times the opportunity for the Massages that are offered. Our room and bathroom were spacious. It is a 250 m walk to free public parking where we always found space.

The French bed was a bit small for us and too soft.

This very nice ancient house alone is amazing, you enter your room trough big wooden doors with your old brass keys. The probably soothing cool in the summer building and outside area feels not at all cold in the winter time. The Mediterranean Breakfast was super tasty and healthy too with some little day-to-day variation. The cafe could be better though, at least for me as an espresso enthusiast. It however did not stopped me from drinking 5 of it every morning ;)

Basically the only thing i could mention and which is the reason for the slight less comfort was the Mattress. We did not mentioned it because we just find no time so i’am sorry to only write it here. Basically in Room 8, the Mattress seems to be either overused or not made for two persons since it compresses way too much in the center. We ended up putting towels under the mattress which perfectly fixed the issue.

Relaxing & warm ambience. Healthy, wholesome breakfast. Great location in the old town of Arta - very central to some lovely restaurants & attractions. Yoga room open 24/7 for free use.

Only a 9 because the communication to book a massage or other treatment was a bit confusing. There is no timetable or slots available, the process was more ad hoc & required a lot of back and forth between us, the hotel & the massage therapist to get a time booked in. The treatment was lovely when it happened but the appointment did start 40 minutes after agreed with the hotel.

The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms was quite large and comfortable, with a large bathroom. The hotel is in a historical building. The town is located on the East side of the island which is less crowded, yet still has enough attractions to be visited over a long weekend.

Nothing really. The pool couldn't be used since we were visiting during the winter months.

Beautiful boutique style hotel in a wonderful location. Lovely room and great breakfast.

Unfortunately we didn’t have any hot water for the 2 nights we stayed there. When we mentioned it on the first day we were told it was because it had rained in the morning and it was solar heating but appeared it was a fault as the second day was the same.

The beautiful patio and very specious apartment.

Water in swimming pool seemed to be a little dirty (but still okay) and a little bit cold (but also - enough warm to stay in the water for some time). The wi-fi in the room on upper level (2nd room) was pretty bad (on the patio: great!)

Beautiful location. Relaxed atmosphere so you can come and go. Peaceful during the evening Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Honesty bar very well stocked. Lola the tortoise joining us for breakfast

Personally, Mattress was a bit too firm for me. The room we were in was very spacious and comfortable but just lack of drying areas for damp towels etc.

Very central in the beautiful medieval town of Artà. The ladies that work there are very hospitable and sweet. The breakfast is lovely, we enjoyed the tortoises that made daily appearances in the courtyard! Lovely spacious room too
