We stayed for one night in August. The property itself is beautiful, with charming décor and a lovely rooftop pool area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of fresh options. Our room was comfortable and stylish, and the rooftop pool was a great touch.

a few details could be improved. Some areas felt a bit tired and in need of a refresh, and cleanliness could have been better — for example, the pool water was green, and we found dead flies and a razor case in the bathroom. The shower was rusting and the toilet paper was very cheap quality, and in our room (303) we were woken early by noisy appliances coming from within the hotel.

Toni and his crew made our stay around New Year’s worthwhile. The whole team takes care of all guests regarding service as well as helping with sightseeing or spors activities. Breakfast is plentiful and has a nice local touch. The rooms feature good layouts, comfy beds and keep the Mallorcan style.

WiFi was in parts a bit lacking in our room, fine anywhere open. Beyond fresh towels and making the bed, we would have wished for some more cleaning service during a whole week’s stay.

The local boutique aesthetic was fabulous. The bed was exceedingly comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

The navigating the town in a hire car is not that easy as you have to park outside of town. There is a town policy only allowing residents to drive in the center so nothing the hotel can do but it would be useful to have some directions to aid in finding the car parks and how to get to them as google maps was not very accurate.

The hotel is beautifully designed, a great mix of modern and traditional, with a great eye for detail. Our room was so stunning, we loved every second we spent in there. Amazing views from the roof top terrace, too. Secondly, the owner and his staff are outstanding. We felt very welcomed right away, and most other hotel guests seemed to be repeat visitors, which reassured us that it was a great place to stay. We also only read good things about the breakfast, and we weren’t disappointed. Not only was the food outstanding, but the entire atmosphere in the little restaurant was so charming. We can strongly recommend this gem of a hotel!!

The wifi in our room on the second floor was unfortunately not working, but that’s really the only thing that could have been improved.

We needed a quiet, relaxing time away with great food, fabulous surroundings and 'slow living'. Forn Nou and Arta ticked every box and we will be returning! It was very informal but extremely professional, a family feel but a 5 start experience.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, it was perfect for our stay.

Staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The breakfast will be hard to beat in any class of hotel. We tried dinner on our second night and again, they excelled. Aircon worked perfectly for the best sleeps we’ve had in weeks. Relaxing, shaded terrace with a cooling breeze is divine. Nothing too much trouble for this team.

Can’t think of a single thing

The owners and staff were all fabulous. Room was beautiful, with a spacious rooftop terrace overlooking Arta. They couldn't do enough for us and it was wonderful seeing Toni (I think) speaking to guests in the restaurant, checking how their stay was. It truly felt like being hosted in a wonderful home (albeit with a hotel feel). He would send his son to give our boys a mini guided tour and for an ice-cream - what a lovely touch! This level of personalisation would never happen in a larger hotel. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we will cherish the memories he and the team helped create. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Little slice of peaceful luxury in the lovely cultural town of Arta. Amazing room overlooking the square. Wonderful breakfast. Location is perfect in the old part of the town. Bonus of a little rooftop pool to cool off in the hot days. Toni was also very helpful. We would 100% come again.

Our toilet cistern made lots of noises, but was not real problem for us. No other faults as we had a great stay.

Loved the building, the rooms were on the smaller side but very nice and the restaurant was gorgeous. The town was a pleasant surprise too, small but lovely. The view from the roof terrace is amazing and breakfast really good. Lovely spot to stay.

The shower leaked a little if you weren’t careful so an additional towel would be useful to mop up, there was concrete floor so it was quite slippy. Also no person at front desk when we arrived so it was a bit slow sorting check in.

Such a gem in the middle of a beautiful city! The breakfast was tasty, and you can sit outside in a small square between narrow allies. Very fun experience. The room was beautiful as well. There are two pools. The rooftop pool is AMAZING.

The breakfast was not refilled when things were over, and you had to specifically ask the staff to bring more. I think they were understaffed, which lead to this problem. The floor in my room was made of limestone, which was cool but also freezing cold to walk on
