Great clean cozy studio in a nice old town neighborhood next to the beautiful Plaza Cervantes (Plaza San Andres). The hosts were very friendly and fast responsive, willing to help. I have followed their breakfast and restaurant advises - all were a top choice - authentic and with tasty food. The apartment was well equipped with all needed for a comfortable stay. We booked this apartment while sitting in the plaza in Badajoz and about 30/40 minutes later were at the door wondering how we get in. Someone in the company was very forward thinking and sent me whatsapp messages rather than email which I received immediately asking me would I like a room on ground or first floor as they do not have a lift. They also sent me the link to do the online checkin (first time I ever did this) and then followed this up with the door code/apartment name/how to access the keys to the apartment in the key pad. I was having a little bit of trouble with the link initially and the person messaged to say that if it would not work to scan in my passports and that they would do the check in for me, which was very helpful and appreciated. The apartment was clean and ideally located. We were only staying one night so did not spend much time in it, however it met our expectations. They charge around €11 an hour for every hour you stay over time. I dont know how they know if you have left but I decided to send them a whatsapp to say keys were back in the keypad before the regular departure time. I would stay here again

The apartment was clean and attractive. Good location and not hard to find. We were able to find street parking nearby and the restaurant on the plaza was convenient and with great food.

I expected it so I can't really say it is a dislike, but the apartment is very small. However, perfect for a short stay and an excellent value.

The Plaza just beside the apartment was beautiful and tranquil , plus only maybe 200 meters from the Cathedral/ centre !

Only some apartments have a balcony or roof terrace- if you want the roof terrace you need to go to the web site of the apartment and book the apartment called Badajoz !!

good location, clean

I didnt like the ground floor. Other guests very noisy. the pillows- 1 sleeve for 2 pillows?!? that doesnt work. sleeve your pillows individually and provide 2 pillows per person.

A very nice apartment in a very central area, easy to go anywhere. A value for money. My apartment was in the first floor and that is why it was a little bit humid. But there are also other apartments from this host.

The apartment was small but very comfortable and ideally located. Hosts very organized and responsive. The sofa bed is only big enough for kids though - you wouldn’t be able to put four adults in this apartment.

Location was perfect with nice restaurants and bars close by

We had to park a long way from the apartment and get a taxi back to collect our car, there is free parking closer but it was August.....

Spotlessly clean Great location Comfortable beds. Contained everything needed for a weeks stay. Great shower Great location Quiet and private. Nice outdoor space.

Not enough storage space

Modern and clean, nice environment. Quick communication with admin. Clear instractions. Quietly working washing mashine. Even though the building is not soundproof, the night was peaceful.
