The hotel is very, very wonderful and the hotel's location is special because it is in the city center The rooms are very nice and big and the bathroom is also very clean and big. Also the staff are distinguished, respectful and have very high taste The staff's treatment was very special, they were always smiling and treated me with politeness, respect and appreciation. The breakfast was very good. The hotel prices were excellent and very cheap, knowing that the hotel deserves more than what I paid for the stay, but their prices were very I did not expect to find such cheap prices in the hotel because the hotel is more than excellent and wonderful and everything in the hotel is first class Indeed, the hotel and everything in the hotel is wonderful and distinctive and deserves to be amazed because the services, treatment, food and comfort are first class. The hotel is worth visiting and staying in. The city of Badajoz is very beautiful and has stunning natural scenery. Thanks to the hotel management for their high-class treatment and warm welcome. ❤️🇪🇸🌹

The decor was tired. I think major works were being carried out, so this may change (and the major works may actually have contributed to the tiredness of the decor - chipped paintwork and the like). The room wasn't huge, and although there was a double-bed, it was positioned so it wouldn't be comfortable for 2 people. Perhaps the room was let only ever as a single room. The bathroom was oddly laid out.

The 1 long pillow on the bed is not very good for sleeping so got a second one so that my husband and I could sleep how is is comfortable for us.but prefer a normal oblong shape. The hotel only had long double pillows. We were disappointed that there was no food available, we had been travelling all day and wanted to eat a hot meal then go to bed but the restaurant next door attached to the hotel didnt open till 21.00h it appears that all the restaurants nearby were also closed till late too despite saying on their website open all day. The pool wasn't open so didn't get to use it either

Quite a walk to the city, though easy and with river views. Lack of facilities around the hotel. Included breakfast very limited in scope. Dinner in hotel restaurant variable in quality.

I had a delightful stay! The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacey, the bathroom includes all the amenities and is big enough, the cafeteria next to the hotel is great to have lunch. The breakfast has many options to choose from, the buffet is diverse and the taste of the products is good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The center is in 15min walking distance, more or less.

The breakfast for which we paid 9 Euros per person was very disappointing. No fresh fruit, limited offerings. Of our 5 weeks of traveling in Europe and Africa, this was the only one that disappointed.

Room was comfortable with very comfortable bed. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was buzzing with Spanish family parties going on. Lots of function rooms available to be used and they were! Nice atmosphere.

Food available in restaurant next door, we had booked breakfast and we were given whatever we wanted on their list. No going up and helping yourself! Bit of a language barrier for English guests. Unfortunately, as per Spanish time evening meals were 9pm too late after we had been travelling all day to reach Badajoz. Also, no room service either as kitchen closed! Had to get car and drive out as nothing in walking distance! Ended up with Burger King :( In the room the shower worked well but water came out from taps as well as shower, such a waste! TV remote did not work, new batteries were given. Standard light bulb had blown so didn't work making room quite dark. Our room faced the very busy and noisy road!!

The location was easy to find, and the parking was good. The breakfast was also very good.

Had issue with the bathroom door not closing correctly but it was rectified quickly. The hot water wasnt very hot and no amount of running it helped. The rooftop outside of our window had artificial grass on it that was littered with cigarette ends.

Lovely room, very comfortable

The Reception staff were unfriendly and did not make you feel welcome….we were having problems understanding how the heating/air con control worked on the wall, somebody promised to come to our room within the hour, but did not come.
