Good value for money. Friendly staff. Room with AC, very clean. There's a fridge in the room. Comfortable bed. Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants.

The room is not soundproof. We can hear guests in the other rooms. Luckily, I didn't really experience people talking loudly at night, only during the day, so I didn't really have a bad experience regarding that. The furniture and some of the structure is a bit old and damaged, but everything works well. A kettle in the room would be great. No breakfast available.

The room is well equipped with extra commodities for a very comfortable stay: a small fridge, a tv, a small hanger, a desk with chair and an aditional sitting. Everything was clean and seems like the rooms were renovated recently. The internet was stable and fast.

The desk was really flimsy because of loose screws in the undertable support, so I couldn't rest my hands properly while working without almost flipping the desk. The bedside floating table was inclined, almost falling. The room has a roof patio attached, but it was locked (I guess because of safety reasons); it had a "contact reception" anouncement but I didn't had a chance to ask them. Would be nice to ask the guests if they want access when checking in, as it would be a nice plus for the stay (a couple of chairs a little table and some hanging lights would make it an awesome spot).

Beware that you can only drive around this area if you are accessing the hotel and getting around by car can be a little stressful if you don't know the area, as some adjacent streets are mainly pedestrians only

Hotel stated free parking but when we arrived the carpark was full. Reception staff directed us to a city carpark which cost us. Wouldve been better to have communication before check in that the hotel one was unavailable

The staff, particularly the receptionist called Carlos, was exceptional - friendly and always helpful. The bedroom was spacious and clean.

There was a vending machine selling coffee, which was good, but if they served breakfast, it would have been great

I booked as parking was included. Parking was not available so i had to park elsewhere for an additional €18

Its in a very convenient place, middle of the city. The room was exactly like the photos. It was clean and the value for money was okay.

Other comments said that parking was unavailable because it was "full". Same thing happened to me, they referred me to other parkings which are payed, but you can find free parking around the city.

Need to provide breakfast facilities. There is a room identified for this purpose but it is not being used. The hottel should stop offering cafeteria services in its description.

The staff was very nice and helpful, I could leave my room later on the last day. The room was cleaned everyday and towels were exchanged (unless you left the red notice „don’t disturb”).

Everything was fine

Everything was spotless, the room was nice and cold (it was like 40°C outside). The hotel is right in the city center so it's very nice if you aren't planning on driving back to the hotel after-hours.

Honestly, I liked everything.
