What an amazing hotel! Already the entrance hall with its pleasant smell is a sensual experience. Very lovely lady at the reception. I upgraded from the single room to the jacuzzi room above because the single room is located between the reception and the entrance door on the ground floor - there couldn´t be a more unfortunate location of a room for those who seek to sleep. The jacuzzi room was overwhelming - yet another treat for the senses! I loved it. It had two balconies facing a narrow road, a huge and comfortable bed, plenty of space, a fantastic shower, all amenities (fridge, blow dryer, TV...) and, of course, the jacuzzi to relax after a long day (I was allowed to use it until 11pm).
Once switched on by staff, the room heating cannot be regulated because it will be locked. 26°C were okay upon my arrival in the winter time but the room got so hot after a while. When staff leaves the hotel at 11 pm, the only option to switch off the heating is to pull the room card so that all electricity goes off. If you want to sleep anyway, fine. But if not, make sure to ask before staff leaves the hotel. There is an emergency number, though, which I didn´t dare to call only because of the heating. Also, the little road can get *very* noisy on the weekend (I stayed on a Saturday night), so don´t try to sleep before 3 am. When I had to get up at 7 am the next morning it was deadly quiet though.

The double bed, located on a mezzanine floor accessed by a narrow round staircase, was very comfortable. The main stand out feature of the hotel was Ivan the young guy at the desk. My mobile had stopped working and he gave me directions to a repair shop. Not only that, he allowed me to use his mobile to make calls back home to England. Having returned to the hotel at 2300 I met him on his way out used his mobile again. I then went to my room but had lost my key card and could not get in. Ivan returned at 0100 and let me in after being contacted by the manager saw cctv images of me trying to sleep outside of my room.
No comfortable relaxing area other than 2x sitting chairs in the lobby. Breakfast choices were very limited.

It was close to many historical sites. The bed was super comfy! The pillow were very supportive, not just "cotton balls with attitude. We had a Jacuzzi in our room and it was nice to use it. Very unique room. The staff also accommodated us by moving my sister's room to a quieter place without us even asking!!! The breakfast was great and the staff were WONDERFUL even with our language barrier. Wonderful place, unique and enchanting.
The only issues, which can't be helped, is this hotel is on a one way street that is a little difficult to get to and there is no overnight parking in front of the hotel. You have to go to a parking garage and walk about 5 minutes back to the hotel, so unload all your essential items while checking in.

The room was very comfortable and well furnished, with a small fridge and huge TV and lush velvet armchair. The complimentary soft drinks, chocolates and toiletries were a luxurious touch. Very clear communication about access and parking beforehand. The staff were fabulous and couldn't have been more helpful. Loved the location - just around the corner from the Museo de Bellas Artes and my new fave, funky tapas joint Caesura (veggie/vegan-friendly). Great price for a great stay!
Having ordered room service, (processed by a hotel chain centralised service), it was unclear how to pay on departure as the reception desk wasn't manned at that time. In the end, I collared a member of staff... There was a huge jacuzzi in my room that I hadn't ordered. On check-in, I was told that I would have to pay a supplement if I wanted to use it. They offer a massage service but I couldn't find information about it in advance, only on a card in the room; and you have to book 24 hours beforehand! In my room, the coat hooks were on a plate that was only hung like a picture, so it swung about when something was put on it. Very small complaints for an otherwise wonderful experience.

We decided to go for the breakfast which was good value at 10€. The ladies who looked after us were very kind, polite and pleased to serve us. The Jacuzzi bath in our bedroom was very relaxing.
Because the property is in the centre of the old town there is no car parking at the property. You can offload your luggage and park at one of the public car parks around 500 metres away. The cost is around 18€ a night

Pretty much everything. The location is really central, but downtiown currently in need of some insightfull plan to change the degradation of the building, and attract more store (many are closed and in abandoned condition).
Breakfast was real great, but the fact that is in fron of an open area it made it really windy and cold for guest! There are doors in front, and it would be easy to close them and make the space confortable. I guess it's something they need to improve.

I really like the big comfortable bed in my room. There were all the accessories one needed. The only thing I would have liked were darker curtains to obscure the light outside. The young man at the night reception was superb, intelligent, and friendly. Breakfast was very good with attentive service.
I prefer a key to electronic locks. I understand why the hotel has them though.

The hotel was a complete surprise behind a wooden door. It was a wonderland. It was immaculate and spacious. We had to leave early the next morning. The receptionist called a taxi . There wasn’t time for breakfast.
Getting around the’high tech’ entry into my room was a bit tricky. But well done for taking us all with you into this clean technical world.

The hotel was very well presented and is either newly opened or recently had renovation works as the decor was pristine. I understand is a Spanish village that probably doesn’t attract many tourists but only critique and I mean minimal was staff couldn’t speak English but this wouldn’t put me off going there again just need to get my Spanish to at least a basic level
As already mentioned the hotel was stunning, in a great location to bars and restaurants and for the price would highly recommend to anyone and the spa bath in the room was just what we needed after a 6 hour drive.

As for location - around hotel are a lot of restaurants, banks and other things for every need. We stay here for 2 times and every time we are fully satisfied
