The room is not big but includes everything necessary. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are coffee machines on each floor and water refill station on the 3rd floor so no need to buy water. Standard breakfast. Quiet and nice neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk to the metro station/tram/bus. There is a shooping center near the metro station either. There are also a couple of restaraunts right in front of the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 10 in the morning and while booking I asked for an early check-in if possible and our room was ready at 10! This is the best!

Everything was fine but could be cheaper.

I had to book a hotel as my flight was cancelled, I looked at the reviews and the ones I read were all positive- they said it was clean, good location and friendly staff and that was what I experienced. The room were clean, and well stocked with kettle, tea coffee and a fridge. Breakfast was included and there was a wide variety to choose from you could have a cooked breakfast, cereal, fruit. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the receptionist took her time to point out on a map where the tourist attractions where and how to get to them. Then in the morning another staff member helped me with my bags and with booking a taxi! Very positive experience. The location of the property is really good to, close to shops and restaurants and easy access to main tourist attractions.

The only negative about the room was the lack of a toilet brush.🙈 We are all people and cleaners too 😉 - we wouldn’t want to leave traces behind... it’s very unaesthetic! This is the first time I have encountered this at a hotel.

Perfect! We selected this location for being in walking distance to Camp Nou. Easy access to downtown by subway, about 15 minutes from airport by taxi. Lot of Cafes for breakfast in the surroundings. Several minimarkets to buy food/drinks till late night. Nice comfortable rooms, nice staff. Nonstop bar at lobby. Highly recommended to everyone. Thanks and back soon again.

I liked the sound proof windows, clean rooms, and convent location to public transit.

I did not like the permanent emergency night light over the bed that you cannot turn off. I had to go out and buy a sleeping mask. Also, the floors are not sound proof and I was often woken up by people above me moving chairs and talking loudly.

It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the shower and tub and water pressure all great, the staff was sweet and helpful, the breakfast was excellent . Lots of nice bakeries, restaurants, stores nearby and a short metro ride into the center

The room was fantastic and the beds very comfortable. I appreciate the double door to insulate acoustically the bedroom from the hallway, ideal to rest in the morning. Everything was very clean. There was everything one needs to spend a few days working in Barcelona. I would highlight the breakfast, the quality and variety of the products. The hotel is very close to a metro stop of line 3, which connects with downtown Barcelona and Sants train station.

Nothing, the place is excellent.

The bed was very comfortable (hard mattress, which I like) and the blackout drapes truly darkened the room. Shower was good: both the pressure and the temperature. At the end of my corridor was a small room that allowed free refills for drinking water so that was really good. For work purposes, I was very close to the Polytechnic University, so that was a bonus.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's in a good location, close to a variety of restaurants. The breakfast buffet included pastries, cold meats, eggs, juices, etc. You can easily reach the main city attractions by bus or just a 10-minute Uber/taxi ride. The staff was very friendly and attentive, special thanks to Florencia for her excellent service!

Clean, nice staff, ...

In bathroom was couple small holes ocasionall drip of water, probably AC condensation. Months before arrival I selected first floor when booking the room but it was not available and have been on 6th floor at least there was 2 elevators but too narrow for the wheelchair.
