The location is amazing, the hotel is 10 minutes from Plaza de Cataluña, where is the end stop of the aerobus from the airport The location also makes it a great place for sightseeing since basically everything is in walking distance (if you like to walk) The staff was extremely nice and helpful, they explained what we should see in Barcelona (and drew that into a map) The hotel room was clean, we got fresh towels every day The WiFi worked fine

The hotel room didn’t have a fridge, but it wasn’t a a problem to eat in the cafes/restaurants or buy something to eat in the nearby supermarket carrefour The bathing room could have been nicer

The staff is very nice and extremely helpful and together with the location is the main reasons for coming back to this hotel. Wifi is good and the AC works perfectly. There are several good restaurants within 5 mins walking distance .

Room was nice, but you can see that it clearly need some maintenance and top to bottom cleaning. Examples of this is there is some dirt under the sofa and bed. The floor in the bathroom is loose and falling apart. In the toilet the paperholder is loose so the toiletpaper fall on the floor. The sofa is very worn and the faux leather is falling apart. In the balcony the chairs and table is rotten and falling apart. The led lights on the bed is non functional. These things have been like this some years and are not getting better.

Barcelona is a big city with a lot to see and the property is central and very well located. As expected, it is just off La Rambla and very close to the metro, meaning that, whilst you will still need to be doing quite a bit of walking, you are never really more than 30 mins from any major attraction, be it architecture, beach, restaurant, bar, exhibition or shopping. Staff were friendly, and the room, cool, clean and comfortable. A perfect place to recharge after a busy day and to prepare you for the next. Highly recommended.

Nothing, great stay.

The location is so perfect it is is in the middle of the ramblas (main tourist street) tucked in a quiet alley way with a mini market next door to get all the little necessities. NACHO was the best receptionist, literally made us laugh everytime we entered the building and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even gave us the staff kettle and the last staff tea bags to make sure we got our morning tea. OHHH and the famous market was around the corner just about.

theres no fan in the bathroom but there is legit none in any of the European bathrooms, it just felt like a sauna after 1 shower.

First and foremost the staff are amazing! Especilly the lovely man who had lived in Aus and gave us for our next stop - thank you! Everyone wa so helpful with advice and support for things we needed. The location is great, so close to everything.

The room is quite small but we were only there to sleep so it didn't matter much, just hard to put 2 suitcases out. There is no tea/coffee facility or a fridge, not even a share-style one. But that seems to be a standard thing across Spain sadly.

Firstly I loved the location of the place, everything is close by to the hotel, very easy to reach from the airport, metro and bus stops were very close and all kinds of restaurants and shops/supermarkets were all nearby. Most importantly all the attractions the city has to offer are either walking distance or a short metro ride away. The staff were really friendly, always smiling and made us feel welcomed. We asked for a kettle and cups and they provided it straightaway. The bathroom was spacious and clean with the toilet and sink next to each other.

These are a few nitpicks, but the lighting of the room and bathroom could be improved just a little mainly to use the mirrors properly, but it was still more than good. The WiFi was a little slow, but still usable. Finally the toilet roll holder could be positioned a little better for ease of use.

Location was exceptional. The room was basic, however had all required for our stay - Everything we needed, sightseeing, drinks, food was outside at our fingertips. The aircon was good, room and premises clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and cheery. We saw on the reviews that Karlos was extremely helpful and indeed, the one time that we managed to see him he gave us exceptional advice.

A fridge and coffee machine would add to the facilities. However not essential.

Staff was great; very helpful and inviting. Rooms were small, but okay for a single person. Two people sharing a room may feel cramped. City noise was non-existent inside the hotel.

Windows provide nothing more than a little indirect daylight from a small atrium. It keeps the room from feeling like a closet, but not much else. The room had instructions on how to use the safe; but the safe itself wasn't there. Noise between rooms can be an issue. I had no major issues, but my friend found his neighbors would wake him up. The manager has a low tolerance for noisy guests, so don't hesitate to let the front desk know.

Very clean (the room was cleaned every day, fresh towels everyday) . Very kind and helpful people. Posibility to let the luggage at the reception before check-in and after check-out for unlimited time. Very central position (2 minutes walk to the metro station Liceu). A lot of places to eat and shop around. Very close to many attractions (Casa Batllo, Casa Mila-La Pedrera, seaside).

This hotel exceeded our expectations, the room was a great size, perfect for a couple and the bed was very comfortable and big. The room was cleaned every day even late one day after we had stayed in the room for the morning. The rooms were modern and plenty of wardrobe space and a safe. The reception staff were cheerful and helpful. Location is perfect, just off la ramblas and walking distance to everything. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

We had a balcony but it wasn't used, it just looked out over a small side street, no view but we didn't mind as we weren't in the room much. I wouldn't upgrade to a blacony again for that reason only. We had the superior room which I thought was really just a standard room, we did peek a look at the standard room and this did look very small, like a lot of city hotels but if staying for more than a night with 2 people a superior might suit better.
