I was pleasantly surprised, the hotel is more sophisticated than I expected, but in a good way, not posh, but with a modern feeling. Room is spacious, clean, well furnished. Toilet also big, with various complimentary toiletries and a respectful shower. Breakfast is generous in options, everything fresh and replenished constantly. The serving station can get a little cramped with a few people serving at the same time, but nothing to put you off. There is a cafeteria that opens on evenings, with honest options for a snack and the good service of Carolina, whom we appreciate for her kindness. Location-wise, it´s a 9 minutes walk from Sagrada Família, and 2 minutes from a metro station upstreet, from which you can go anywhere in minutes. Also plenty of bars, restaurants and small shops nearby. A real jewell, definitely recommend.

The staff, Nico was very kind and helpfull he is a great receptionist and has very good english and french. He is the best receptionist i've seen in europe as all of them are arrogant and not helpfull, thank you Nico we will come back. I am manager in a technology company and i saw him with good value to manage a team. The bar opens just during the week not on weekends from 19h to 22.30h nice rooms and clean. Good quality price and near all the attractions of Barcelona. What i like most is the staff is always for you. Breakfast and dinner really tasty

Restaurant made special effort to accommodate my gluten restriction. Even though they had no main dishes gluten free the waitress went to the kitchen to prepare some scrambled eggs with tomatoes for me.

The first bedroom they gave me had a bad smell in the toilet. I complained and they changed me to another room which was not smelly but had no desk to work (which the first one had) and was at the ground floor and the window was very close to the next building (they could easily see through my window and vice versa)

Good location for restaurants, walking, and access to transportation. Our room (on level 1) was spacious. The staff were very friendly. The lobby facilities were large and comfortable. After checking out, they stored our bags while I enjoyed more of the city. Returning to the hotel, I was able to recharge my phone and relax in the lobby until my husband finished his business.

While the bathroom was fairly large, it was a little bit aged and in need of a deeper clean. Also, the toilet was installed way too close to the wall - very awkward. Bed was fine but the pillows were very flat

The room was well appointed, clean, everything worked well and it was quiet. There were toilettries including toothbrush set. The staff were very nice, even when my Spanish failed me! The location is half way between Park Guell and The Sagrada Familia, perfect for walking either way. Didn't try the breakfast but the restaurant looked very nice. We went to a local cafe for a breakfast of the famous churros.

Our window looked across a street with high-rise flats, but then we hardly spent any time in our room so that didn't bother us at all.

A VERY clean, modern, spacious lobby. The entryway has a ramp for those with mobility issues or to roll up your luggage. The location is reasonably close to the metro line and bus stops. The room was also really nice, up-to-date, and reasonably sized. We loved the fresh ice cold lemon water and the candy in the lobby. Check-in was quick and thorough

The view outside our window was residential buildings with washing hanging off their balconies. Not everyone will have a nice view in a hotel but this was mildly off-putting. Breakfast was available for guests, but we found out we weren't eligible for a free breakfast based on which room we were staying in. Barcelona is huge, it wasn't close to many tourist attractions (except a 15-20 minute walk to la Sagrada Familia). Excellent transit helps to make up for the spaced-apart attractions.

The hotel room was comfortable, modern and clean. The location of the hotel was 10 minutes walking distance away from the Sagrada Familia which was fantastic!! The room was ready before check-in and the staff were very professional.

Wish that the hotel had rooms that came with a balcony. The fridge needed fixing or a new fridge because it didn't refrigerate well and felt warm to the touch. The rubber of the fridge was also ripped off.

Great location. We made over 30.000 steps daily, but you are also close to the subway station in case you don't like walking that much. Near the hotel there are many grocery stores Sagrada Família 10 minutes by foot from the hotel Every day complimentary water in the room

-no toilet brush in the bathroom -no heater/radiator in the bathroom -the breakfast was fine but it could be a little more diverse (especially vegetables, we are in Spain after all)

We had a wonderful stay here. We're a family with disabilities, so it was incredibly heartening to see that many of the staff here have been purposefully hired with disabilities. The ethos is evident throughout. My daughter is a coeliac and was well catered for throughout her stay. Each room is accessible, and there are rooms with space for power chairs. It's right across from a public park and playground, and 10 minutes from la sagrada familia. Wonderful value.

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. About 15 min walk from Sagrada familia. The yellow metro line is nearby - 10-15 min walk. Hotel has underground parking (it’s a tight squeeze but still…).The room was clean. Staff were helpful. Plenty of little places to eat or drink coffee around, supermarket, etc. Park and a dog park right across the street.

Our room on 1st floor was tiny and too dark. The rate we paid was higher that what we could have booked at on the day of arrival and we wanted to have a higher floor but still got 1st floor. We didn’t ask to change since we’re staying for only one night. Beds were okay for tired tourists but not that comfortable.
