Amazing beachfront location. Clean and well organized. Beds were comfortable with good storage and privacy curtains.

I would have given this hostel a 10 star rating but it was missing some basic features like a kettle, microwave refrigerator or lounge area. The on-site restaurant was accommodating for hot water for coffee or tea.

Love the location, I had no problem during my stay, some staffs are not too friendly (they didn’t bother to smile back even I smiled at them lol) but both the guy with long hair and the blonde tall girl who processed my check-in were extremely nice, thank you. I met the manager who processed my check-out, and I just think she is not that mean, she just speaks a bit loud and wants everything done quickly. I hope she will have more patience. The room is clean, everything new and renovated, good value of money

There is only 1 shower room and 1 toilet shared for 8 people. I stayed in a top bed close to AC, it was too cold and you didn’t get proper blanket, it’s more like bed sheet I would say. I hope either you can give proper blanket to that specific bed or make the rail a bit close to the ceiling. I almost get sick because of the cold but turning down the temperature won’t be fair for other guests. And also it’s located right on the beach, the room is super sandy in the afternoon since guests are allowed to wear footwear in the room, you better bring sandals

As expected, it's right at the beachfront. No sea views from the room, but as soon as you step out the strong sea breeze hits you (and it was cold in March). Walk or jog on the beach every day. It's not so close to the city centre.. But you can find many shops and restaurants nearby (Honest Greens is nice). 20-minute walk to El Born district. Our (female) dorm was clean and quiet - everyone who stayed at that time was nice : ) Daily cleaning. Comfy spacious enough bed with privacy curtain.

The shower room in our dorm was small and inconvenient — there's not much place to hang or keep our stuffs and the light keeps going out (automatic with movement - I understand they don't want us to spend much time in there haha). No hairdryer found. No common room/kitchen area to use if you want to eat some meals or boil water. The wristband is annoying and cut my skin once, they don't even check it. The staff at the reception seems a bit strict but does her job. The bar on site closes early FYI (but this avoids noise in the hostel)

The location of the accommodation is excellent for someone who wants to stay right by the sea. A very important feature is that it has large drawers for storing personal items and curtains on all the beds. Ventilation and air conditioning are in continuous operation. Polite staff.

I have stayed at this accommodation before, possibly under different management. I remember it being among the cleanest. This time, it was generally clean as well, with the exception of my bed, where I found some dust and a used snooze (a nicotine pouch or similar product placed on the gums). I would give it another try, though. I want to believe it was just an unfortunate incident. I find that 7:00 PM is rather early for luggage drop-off, especially when a guest’s flight departs around midnight. With a boarding pass as proof, a more flexible policy for such cases would be appreciated.

This was my second time staying at this hostel in Barcelona. The location is unbeatable — right on the beachfront in El Barceloneta, the city’s most iconic and vibrant district. You walk out and you’re literally a few steps from the sea, surrounded by beach bars, tapas spots, and the best local energy. The hostel has such a chill and welcoming atmosphere — perfect for meeting people or just enjoying the beautiful surroundings. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a smooth stay. If you’re heading to Barcelona and want to wake up by the beach, this is the place.

The only small downside for me was the wristband that all guests are required to wear during the stay - I found it uncomfortable.

I loved the location right by the beach — it was fantastic! The place was also very clean, and it was great to have hot water available 24/7 for showers. There were plenty of nice restaurants and cafés nearby, and it was easy to walk to the Gothic Quarter. Even Sagrada Familia was less than an hour's walk away, making it a perfect spot for people who enjoy exploring the city on foot. Since it's a popular tourist area, I often saw police patrolling the neighborhood, which made me feel quite safe.

As mentioned in many other reviews, the lack of a kitchen was a bit inconvenient. Most hostels usually have a shared kitchen, but here, even though you could ask the downstairs café/restaurant for help, there was no microwave available. Because of that, I couldn't use any of the emergency food I had brought and had to carry it with me for the rest of my trip. Also, while they can help open a bottle of wine and provide a glass if you ask, they don't offer storage for opened bottles afterward.

The location is 10/10, you step outside and you are on the beach, there nearby streets are abuzz with activities. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms.
