Everything was perfect! The location is great! There are two pools, a fitness center, a restaurant, and a rooftop terrace with a bar (and a heated pool). It is near the beaches and waterfront attractions, but within walking distance to other areas (the gothic quarter, el born, las ramblas, old town). The beds are very comfortable! There is a large breakfast buffet offered each day. The staff is very helpful and the concierge desk arranged our transportation from the airport and to the cruise ship. This hotel was perfect! Definitely recommend!

If you go to the restaurant - don’t order the calamari. That was the only disappointment. Everything else at this hotel was absolutely perfect!

Great seaside location. The room was spacious. Loved the shower. Very comfortable bed. Balcony room with Sea View! Nice mini bar and snacks. Rooftop bar. Great pool. The food and Cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were phenomenal at Tendiez! Close to other great restaurants and the promenade for walks along the beach. Great property and we would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

Well located . Conceirge was excellent . Young man at concierge went beyond the call of duty to organise a salon to get my haircut . The lady at the desk was amazing .

When I checked into the hotel the lady requested 300 euro for extras which I paid . After me leaving the desk she then processed a further 500 euro which I felt was unnecessary after all my accommodation was prepaid in full. Manager on duty attended to this and I was given a cash refund.

Breakfast was lovely, staff - welcoming, helpful and polite, the rooftop heated pool, restaurant is awesome, cocktails were nice, the bed was very soft and comfortable, the proximity to the beach.

You've to get your pool towels at reception and if you don't return them back you'll be charged 120 euro per towel. The room could be bigger for the price, they don't sell cigars in the hotel and didn't offer the service to get us one. We had to catch a taxi, Google a place and get one ourselves. Towels could be newer overall, they're quire worn out.

Our entire stay was fantastic! The service was more than we could have asked for. Everybody was invested in making certain that our trip was the best it could possibly be.

The biggest pleasant surprise was the food. We ate the best at the hotel rather than in town which we had not expected. The food by the pool both downstairs and on the roof was very good (Especially liked the beef burger and octopus) but the restaurant downstairs was the real gem - the food was quite unique and exceptionally good. We tried several dishes and several deserts - all to the same standards. Compliments to the Chef! Also the cocktails - very interesting and fun. All the staff were super nice and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. It seems the bottled water for which we expected to pay quite a lot as we had ordered a lot to the room was free - so that was great.

Bathroom - Shower water leaks out and into the toilet area. There is no bidet. There was an unexpected "deposit" of 100EUR / night charged at the beginning of our stay which seemed very odd given we had prepaid several thausands for the room. In the end we spent it all and extra - but still feels dubious to pre-charge it. Sometimes calling room service for something was unresponsive - communicating our needs to the staff directly was much more successful.

Everyone who works here were absolutely amazing, especially facilitating for our 11 month old. They made him feel like a celebrity and nothing was too small to help us with. We asked for a few changes and additions and they catered for it no problem. genis, hallar, and all the waitresses and waiters, doormen - all superb. Don’t hesitate to bring your kid here. Breakfast (the pastries) was fantastic and the rooftop pool + pina coladas + food, unreal! Really really impressed ! Love Sam Alice and Alfie

I just feel there could be more entertainment especially for younger kids but then that’s not really what the hotel is going for but would be awesome. The restaurant downstairs is super bougey and expansive but high quality, just not quantity

This is an absolutely beautiful property. Rooms were top-notch with extra features like sensors that turned on the bathroom light if you got up in the night. Rooms were spacious with beautiful bathrooms. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We weren’t initially supposed to stay here, but had a two day flight delay and needed a place to stay for two more nights. We came in completely exhausted from a long day in the airport and they gave us some complementary drinks and made sure that the restaurant could see us and prepare some of the items from the lunch menu that we really wanted even though it was dinner time. Pools were beautiful and the cocktails were delicious.

The only negative at all is that the first night we were there they happened to be having private functions at both of the pools so neither one was available that evening. But the very next day, everything was back to normal.
