The hosts are amazing. We arrived earlier than the checkin time and were able to leave our luggage outside so that we could start our trek early. The hosts made sure it was put into our room safely and on the last day we were able to keep one room until 3.30 pm way past the check out time without any cost. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate our request for serving breakfast an hour earlier than the set time. The choice of breakfast is extensive, fresh orange juice is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable. Location is perfect as the town centre is within 5 to 7 mins walking distance. The restaurant recommended by the owner was absolutely spot on for vegetarians so much so that we visited twice.

The hotel is located right outside of Begur which makes it easy to drive into and find parking either on property for a fee or at the parking lot next door.Many shops, restaurants, bars within a 5 minute walk into town. Very relaxing couple of days exploring the region and arriving back to enjoy the pool before going out in town for a dinner and drinks. Enjoyed the couple that managed the hotel and the fantastic breakfast every morning. The property was very well maintained and felt very safe and secure with our belongings while we traveled throughout the area. They checked up on us and made sure to provide a few recommendations in the area that really helped us as we were not that familiar with Costa Brava and Spain. We would love to return!

Our door handle needed to be repaired but understand when maintenance is not available to fix, was not a big deal overall and everyone staying there was very welcoming and friendly. Not a major complaint or concern.

Incredibly thoughtful and lovely owners, Anca was such accomodating. We only stayed a night, and wished we had been able to stay during summer too. Anca hosted a lovely breakfast in the morning. We asked if we could leave our bags at the hotel while we spent the day in town, but Anca allowed us to keep the room a little longer so we could leave our bags in the room and come back for a shower after being caught in the rain on our walk - So thankful of this. We had access to the carpark for our car too. You’re right in the heart of town, but in your own little piece of paradise. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Nothing. It was great. Our room could have done with a little touch up (due to wear & tear), but everything was immaculate. Our room was next to the breakfast area (there was an access door between which had been plastered shut), but we noticed that Anca kept noise down for as long as possible, including turning the radio on until later in the morning. We had no issues with it though.

Beautiful property which is well looked after. Clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the bed was very good. It was also nice that the smart TV had Netflix and other apps on it. The hotel was well situated and we liked the fact that there was garage parking available. Breakfast was good and plentiful. With lovely bread, local meats and cheeses, fresh orange juice, coffee, croissants etc. The owners Manuel and Anca were very helpful and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great location, 2 min walk into town but far enough away you have no worries about noise. Pool is great and deep at one end. Nice ambience. Good car parking. Cool rooms. Hosts are super friendly and helpful with any enquires you have. Best beach it’s aquiblava

The pool bar is not open at all times and just on availability, would recommend buying whatever you’d like to eat/drink from town.

Great hotel and really cute facilities with a really nice poll. Excellent location, a 3 min walk from the city center. Wonderful staff, very attentive and this is clearly their vocation. They made a delicious breakfast and even remembered what we liked each day!

If I have to say something, I didn’t enjoy the music throughout the hotel because you could hear it in the rooms. That being said, they only started playing the music at 9AM. I just didn’t like it because I am a light sleeper and it woke me up.

Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the town. Very friendly and helpful young hosts, Anca and Manel. Nice room overlooking the pool and gardens. Secure parking available (10 euros/day) with easy access from the road. Breakfast served from 8.30 am to 10 am, with fresh orange juice and good quality products. Nice property to have a longer stay in order to relax and visit the medieval villages of Peratallada and Pals and the picturesque beach of Aiguablava, all only a few km away. Thank you, Anca and Manel. You have a great property, and you deserve more than 2 🌟.

What a lovely hotel! We were made to feel very welcome during our stay. We couldn't wait to get to the sun lounger to relax by the pool.. Only a handful of guests, so it was very relaxed. We were offered drinks, and I had the BEST Mojito!! Our room Carmen was very spacious and clean. Hostalet de Begur is well located for local restaurants and bars. Breakfast was very good too. We would have liked to stay longer...

Everything about this hotel was perfect from the lovely homely feel to the relaxed and wonderful host, Anca. We had a double room overlooking the pool which was simply and tastefully decorated with all consideration for comfort. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Good shower. The grounds are relaxing with superb pool. Pool towels provided in the room. No time restrictions to pool use. Breakfast was fresh and replenished to your needs. Hotel is a 5 minute walk into the centre. What a great find.

The hotel is in a quiet spot just 5 min from the town centre. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The breakfast was mainly fruit, cereals, toast, tomato, eggs - all seemed very healthy. A forest path leads down to the beach at Sa Riera where there are some small restaurants and in the summer you have the option to return by bus which runs maybe every 2 hours.
